They’re no different than people commenting something like “Thoughts and Prayers”, “Condolences” when someone died. Society dictates us to pretend we care about people we didn’t even know.

Stop, Question and Frisk is still being utilized by the NYPD. but in conformity with a judicial ruling rendered in 2013. Shooting incidents are down 15.7% from this point last year and down 37% from this point two years ago.
