Hello All,
This 2-min tuto will explain you how to retrieve the preferences/customization you had in your previous release of 3DExperience, and copy it to the new release you are working on (for instance R19x to R20x).
You will find the CATSettings on this folder: C:\Users\*Username*\AppData\Roaming\DassaultSystemes\CATSettings
Then you will find several folder named "R4**". They are equivalent to that: R419 (R17x), R420 (R18x) - R421 (R19x) - R422 (R20x).
In each of them, you will find a folder called "DESKTOP_Cloud". You just need to copy to the version you want.
** For instance **
Go to R422, then rename "DESKTOP_Cloud" to "DESKTOP_Cloud unused"
Go to R421, copy "DESKTOP_Cloud"
Go back to R422, then paste "DESKTOP_Cloud"
Launch 3DExperience R20x and you should retrieve the preferences/customization you had in R19x.
