2 Minute Microwave Brownies in a Mug! 

Ingredients: 1 egg 4 tablespoons sugar 2 tablespoons oil 1 tablespoon flour 2 tablespoons cocoa powder Method: Cook in microwave for 1min 40 at 700 watts or until the brownie looks dry.

I made these brownies and they turned out DELICIOUS so I made some tips to improve them 1. I did not bake them for the full 1min 40 sec. To make sure they do not overcook cook it with these steps. (it may take longer depending on your microwave) A. Mix all ingredients B. Microwave for 1 minute, then 30 seconds, then stick a toothpick in them if the toothpick turns out dirty do 10 seconds more (continue until it's cooked) 2. Use unsweetened cocoa powder and add unsweetened chocolate chips. 3. Be patient and tweak the recipe to fit you.

This works SOO well! Although I used self rising flour instead. Easy self rising flour recipe: 1 cup flour 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1/4 teaspoons salt. Hope that helps!

I was home alone, cause my mom went grocery shopping, and I found this on my recommendations, I think RU-vid wants me to cheat on the diet my mom is doing me, so I made this, cleaned up everything, and enjoyed the treat.... It's been 3 hours and she doesn't suspect anything, hopefully she won't notice that our sugar is four tablespoons missing😂

It's been 5 years and I'm STILL making this recipe, absolutely amazing, if u love sugar like me, put it on 2 minutes and take it out 30 seconds before the timer ends, the bottom wont be fully cooked but it will be thick like a nice frosting or paste, flip it onto a plate and put some powdered sugar, AMAZING

I've been following this one recipe for years now and I recommend it to all my friends. It turns out great each time. I usually just make it in a bowl since it's easier to mix, also I whisk the ingredients with a hand whisk. I add ice cream to the top once it's out of the microwave and it's ready to eat.

You guys should try 4 tbsp flour, 4 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp cocoa, 3 tbsp milk, 3 tbsp vegetable oil or melted butter, 1 egg, 3 minutes. Just finished one and I thought it was pretty good.

But i suggest you do these ingredients 3 tbsp of flour 2 1/2 tbsp of coco powder 1 Egg 2 tbsp of oil 3 tbsp of sugar Half of a tbsp of vanilla extract Steps- 1- Make the batter 2- In the microwave, microwave it for 1 minute then with a tooth pick put it in and if the batter is on it put it for 40 seconds more 3- I suggest putting Nutella

that was really good! i made two mug cakes which i shouldn’t have, because it was really chocolatey and it made me a little nauseous. But i would definitely recommend. i had them in the microwave for 2 minutes though so i would also recommend that.

I have no clue what my microwave watt level is, but I know it's something around 1000. I just put it in for ten seconds less and it came out perfectly! Definitely the best mug treat I've had so far.

I tried this omg its so good I'm making another one for my mom right now I just added half a tablespoon more flour and left it in for 1 30 minutes then put it in the fridge right after for like 2 minutes and it was so good

I have a story for u I tried making a mug cake before and the recipe said to put it in the microwave for 5 minutes.So i did as it told and didnt open it until 5 minutes.when I open it a huge puff of smoke came out.it was burnt.the mug had to be thrown away.the whole downstairs area was covered in smoke.And i had to open all the doors and windows to make the smoke go away and thats the end i guess

Okay so today I made this and it came out AMAZING, especially considering its the first time I made brownies. I was look for a real easy thing, and this fits perfectly!! I did make a few changes where i used 1 spoon of melted dark chocolate and 2 tb of butter instead of oil. Also, I didn't have any coco powder so Iused choco powder - like that from horlicks. ITS YUM!
