Love it!! Some of my best meals have been a mishmash of a whole lot of things thrown together in a casserole!! Most times it is a bunch a leftovers in the fridge...although I don't have as many of those as I used too as Otis pretty much cleans them up! lol Those chicken waffles look good...will be making some of them!
