This short video shows how you can build a simple warehousing scenario in 2-minutes, using Flexsim Simulation Software. The video is 3-minutes long; 2 minute build and 1 minute watch.
Just add a transporter or forklift truck to the model, connect it to the coveyor with the "S" key held down, and then go to the quick properties of the conveyor and select "Use Transport"
Hi Oskar, This was over 10 years ago so I don't have the model any more, but it's easy to build. Just go to FlexSim.com and download the free version of FlexSim, then follow the steps. If you have difficulty, let me know and I will help you.
@@souhaamsellek6559 - this video is from an old version of FlexSim. Triggers work the same way but the way to get to them has slightly changed. Also Type is now a label called "Type" (case sensitive). - Double click on the Source - Select Triggers - Hit the Plus sign and select "On Creation", to build the trigger - same as before but tidied up into drop down menu. - In the "On Creation" line, hit the Plus sign, to say what you want the trigger to do - A little menu should pop up - select Data > Set Label and Color - Then you will see roughly the same detail as in the video. The differences are small but follows a slightly different design structure. The two main difference being the navigation has been made more hierarchical, and the ItemType has been made more powerful by making it a label (variable).
@@sakinaro In 2020 - once you connect from conveyor to rack, you will see a small white box appear (called Exit Transfer) at the beginning of the line going to the rack. Double click on this ExitTransfer and you will find the "use transport" checkbox in the pop-up window.
