EI581 Malaga to Dublin operated by this Aer Lingus Airbus A330 encountered wind shear on finals into Dublin Airport yesterday resulting in two missed approaches.
Aircraft diverted to Shannon and returned to Dublin later in the evening, landing safely

Seen this plane coming into land yesterday whilst driving on the m1 , it was coming into land at a severe pitch angle

The M1 and Swords road sort of act like a wind tunnel during crosswinds, a pilot previously commented on the channel, that you can literally see the instability when they pass over these roads

Wow, I've not seen a go around in about 3 months, was that due to CrowdStrike or something? And also why not they just attempt to land the 3rd time.

Wind Shear was a problem for arrivals in short finals yesterday. Can only guess, but maybe fuel was a consideration in the decision to divert after the second attempt

Kevin despite no wind at ground level, a lot inbounds were experiencing wind shear yesterday on short finals. Two Ryanair's had similar missed approaches

All is good in aviation when pilots can do Go-around at discretion. ATC will ask why , but “wind shear” will most often be the answer. It’s why it’s so safe to fly. Good filming, and good piloting.
