I’m sorry to hear you haven’t been able to find a surgeon who can work with people. I’ve heard of a couple places I think one was in Seattle WA that has a program where the surgeon (a specialist on our conditions) will perform the surgery free of cost to some who need it if they can not pay. I would hope there would be other places that would provide similar services, maybe closer to wherever you live. I’m praying for you for symptom relief and to be able to get any help you may need!

Do you have more precision about the free of charge craniectomy so that I can have more information about it?

Wow, I am jealous. I pray that I would one day forget my syringomyelia paines. Your testimony is really encouraging. Unfortunately I can't afford the craniectomy.

I thought I approved your other comments, sorry I must have clicked the wrong thing bc I don’t see them now. but to answer your question.. I’m sorry, no I don’t have any more information than I shared. just that I believe there might be a way at some Neurosurgeons offices who specialize in treating people with these conditions. Unfortunately a lot is case by case basis since we all present differently and because the cause of syrinx could be different for different people. so you may not need a Craniectomy, you could need a different procedure it all would depend on what they identify your cause of the syrinx to be. If I were you I would google to try to locate and call different neurosurgeons offices and inquire if they have any advice. it could take a number of phone calls but would be well worth the time I think. hope that helped!
