Hey DARLINGS!
It's late, but it here!!! This is part 1 of 2 Old Mill Lane. This build took me so long that I had to split it into 2 parts.... which I never do. It's a Georgian farmhouse with a modern barn conversion. I also used LOTS of gorgeous custom content (including the GORGEOUS Orjanic pack from Harrie and Felixandre)
I'll get all the CC used linked in part 2 coming on Monday!

I just need to point out that putting people down, in this case, Aden, while said in a way that is flippant and "joking" is actually telling them not to follow their dreams and passions. To not do the things they are good at. I'm sure Aden will take your advice with a grain of salt and be his best self, but do this with a young person, and the results may be very different, now. Taking the risk of sticking their head up above their peers has been an "issue" for our youth. Indeed, they are terrified of being extraordinary at anything they do. Unless it's kicking a football. You get a pat on the back for that. I'm just asking you to be funny, but not have tall poppy syndrome

Gorgeous! Only just watching it now as I've finally finished work. You always ask what we are doing at the weekend, so I'm going to tell you! Working!! I work in the Hungarian press, football reporter so every weekend I watch 6 games of football, spread across Fri - Sun, report on them as they are ongoing and then a full report after the game along with a complete referee assessment. (I am a qualified referee coach, mentor & assessor). Sometimes have midweek games as well. Mid July - Mid Dec & mid Jan - early May is all work, work and more work! Husband works for the Federation so doesn't get too annoyed by my hours! You are my bit of relaxation & a welcome distraction!! ❤️

Your previous dreamhome build is still my favourite build by any Sims RU-vidr ever and till this day still serves as great inspiration for my own builds…. So yeah…. Absolutely cannot wait for your 2.0 version with this great new CC!

Late to the party on this one, but would never miss a video from you! Just wanted to tell you about my brother, who is a Master Plumber. Loved to surf, so travelled everywhere and always had a trade to support him. He said one of stranger jobs was installing a gold (as in real gold) toilet on a yacht in Australia. How is that for opulence? 🤣 ETA: I know an amazing young man (I say young, I’m 61, so anyone under 40 is young to me) who is worth higher than I count. One of the things he does is build or buy and repurpose buildings into apartments for college students with little or no rent to them. THAT is how you spend money!

I totally get what you mean about the gawdy-fashion sense of the rich! My friend's very wealthy and her mother has the most outlandish interior style! Zebra rugs, deep pink sofas and really weird statues... Absolutely love this build, so gorgeous and such a dream home!

This house reminds me MAJORLY of the video that brought me full on to your channel: the dream home build on the Windenburg 64x64! The barn conversion on the side connected to the main home, the pool to the side, the back patio area. I guess we know your true dream home! Love it! Gorgeous build!

Holy cow, this is *gorgeous*! Gah! I'm completely in love. :D Going to watch part 2 right away. I actually got the Orjanic pack yesterday and I'm super stoked to check it out myself and to download this house into my game! Sadly I can't play the Sims for any long periods of time due to some pain issues in my hands and building in the game is a bit though because of it, so finding houses like this that are so freaking spot on is perfect for me!

This is incredible! I can’t wait to see the interior as well and when the pack is released to public, I’m going to use it to death!! Death, I tell you! I don’t know why I’m always that annoying person but I can’t help it; my eagle eyes noticed at 0:26 that the wallpaper on the main house is different. Possibly a tile of interior paper decided it wanted some fresh air 😂 but I don’t see it in the end display so I’m guessing you noticed it at some point! Sending lots of love 💕

My weekend plans went to shit. My boyfriend finally came back from his hometown and we were going to meet but OF COURSE I had to get sick (not 'rona). FUMIN! If i have enough money - I want to buy and old Cottage - and i hope u will do the design for it... i like the more classic vibe - but everytime i see u do a modern twist on them - i am in love ... everything fits together . We’re back in lockdown here in Melbourne (6 months all up now fml). So I’m having a boring as arse weekend. But I’ve book a zoom comedy show for Wednesday night so that’s something to look forward to. Think I’m going to be building a bit in TS4 to keep me busy. Thanks for all your lovely videos, I hardly ever catch your twitch streams because of timezones, but I’m enjoying catching up on them later.

203 days here in melbs, and 3000 calls to lifeline in just one day. More deaths from suicide than we would have if we were allowed to live with the virus. Sending love to you

@@ishness9476 I’m in Melbourne too. Whilst there has been an increase in calls to lifeline there has not been an increase in deaths by suicides. The 3000 calls to lifeline the other day were from the whole of Australia, not just from Melbourne. Please don’t spread misinformation. I understand you may not agree with how the government has handled things, but don’t make things up to support your opinion.

@@littleflick actually there HAS been a huge increase of suicide, the biggest increase being in teens. Inform yourself properly before calling out the misinformation card. Mainstream media refuse to talk about this. And yes, the calls to LL were from the whole of Aust, but the majority were from Melbs.

@@ishness9476 the Coroner’s Court of Victoria have been regularly reporting on the rate of deaths by suicide. The rate is down, not up. The Coroner’s Court are literally the ones who investigate cause of death. Wherever you are getting your information from you need to rethink it.

@@littleflick So go ahead and show me evidence. Why did Dan Andrews refuse to release the latest report on suicide related deaths in Victoria? He actually refuses to release it, but people are going through FOI to have it released. Nothing to talk about there. I personally know 3 people who gave up here in vic. have a teen who thinks death will be better than her future, and 2 people who have attempted in the last 3 months. Never in my life have I personally been witness to this on such a scale.. It's not okay to dismiss this. Show me your coronial data, any data. But make sure it's current and from a reputable source. This build is absolutely gorgeous! I will be getting that CC pack. The UK Grand Designs is one of my all time my favourite shows It's what inspired me to build in the Sims and is probably why I love your builds so much :) I like the NZ version as well.

This is stunning!!!!! OMG, you are so talented. I love the entire build. I love this pack of theirs, I have been using this in everything I build, it just works well with everything. It is my fav pack of theirs to date, but then again, so is every single one they come out with until the next :)
