At least ask why the person is selling the land before u jump and say “ they are still selling land in hahaha after all the crooked issues.” Let’s try to find some info before we make such comments cos it’s disheartening 😢. @EkowSimpson I agree with U, in the way I word my statement. I know U have a channel to promote. I personally know that the land issue in Ghana is a big problem. I already did my research. You see, unfortunately, I'm one of the ones who had to walk away from purchasing land in 2022 because of people who think folks are picking money off trees in the west. They feed U, look U dead in the eyes, while scamming the living daylight out of U. I call a spade a spade; not a shovel. Of course, there are folks who purchase land, and there's no issue. More power to them. They are the lucky ones.

@islandsun8235 Everyone story differs, and you are correct in speaking your truth.... but there are folks that have had no land issues, and I am one of those persons......All I am saying is a man like Eko believe persons can trust him as he has shown to be honest. We must stop this behavior of putting all persons in the same mold...But I have heard about the dishonest people, unfortunately they exist all over the world. Fraud and dishonesty continues only for a time,it catches up with them.
