Basements scare me, but for other reasons besides ghosts. Black toxic mold, black widow spiders, brown recluse spiders, rats, mice, cockroachs, humidity, exposed wires, etc..

in the second story, the audio is from a RU-vidr named Southern Cannibal, so any information about the audio would be on his channel maybe he put the song name in one of his videos
