Wow it's so interesting to see what happens to the brain after seizures. It's like your brain is trying to get back to normal. It's called the post ictal state i believe. I hope one day these seizures go away and never come back. You got this ang!❤

Ang, honestly I'm so proud of you. You have seizures and you don't let it to get you down. You keep doing your stuff and live pretty active life. You go girl! As someone with chronic illness I can't say the same about myself. Often I stay home, cuz afraid to go public and start feeling unwell in front of other people. Do not want to compare, but can't help it to think how brave you are!

I LOVE THIS CHANNEL my name is joel castillo i have seizure's to i have what is called clonic tonic seizure's they scare me to but what i have learned from seizure's has changed my view on the world cause when people here ohh this person has epilepsy or seizures its a certain way no . my mind literally blacks out like an old school tv and i fall in whichever way im facing completely out of control it sucks cause when i've always come to i've either been in a pool of my own blood or completely surrounded by emt and or my family crying cause they think they almost lost me again.i always asked myself why god why me its cause he wanted us to tell our story of living in a body that is out of your control once we come to terms with that the healing can start and so can the miracles . i pray for you ang i understand you. dont let it beat you let it be your drive .:)im also about a year and and 2 months free of another seizure feels amazing thank the lord.

My dad had regular grand mal seizures that were unexplainable and unpredictable. His post-ictal state was always very violet and aggressive. So hard to see people go through this every day. Sending love! Keep Going #Teamang

That's got to be tough having a seizure in such a small space! Must've been a little tough for Corey too. It reminds me of dealing with dementia patients (with the confusion.)

It must be so disconcerting to watch your body doing all those things that you have absolutely no memory of doing. It must be even more upsetting to have your body doing things that you have no control over and actually being able to remember. I'm hoping that isn't true for your seizures. One of my daughters was having seizures for years but they were so very atypical that we all failed to recognize them as such. Seeing you during the post seizure period looks almost identical to the way she would act during her "episodes". We only learned what was actually happening to her when she went into an intractable series of sezures that caused brain swelling and ultimately ended in a medivac flight and a stay in intensive care. OMG, you can't possibility imagine the guilt we all feel for not recognizing what was happening sooner. You are performing a very brave and valuable service by sharing these deeply personal videos. I only wish I had watched them 10 years ago. Thank you so very much!

There’s a vagus nerve massage that your mom does for you that Corey could learn from her. I was worried too when you left the slush pup shack that you might wander off and worse go near the road. I have seen her videos a few times now I hope she is okay cause she is beautiful taking care and helping her would be lovely

I remember when I first had a few seizures before I figured out it was from my lack of sleep. My body would just shut down when I would be awake for 72 hours straight. It was the scariest thing ever because I would start feeling a little bit nauseous and dizzy and then the next thing I knew, I was being waken up by someone by my side. It was so scary because all I remember was the nausea and dizziness but that was it. Once I started getting proper rest, I never had another episode. I know my situation is different than yours but I just feel so bad for anybody that has to deal with this on a daily basis.

I understand the frustration of not being able to talk. I have pseudo seizures along with fainting spells where I can’t talk during/ after. The loss of awareness are complex partial seizures.

Omg am so glad that the thing that you had in your hand was not plugged in my heart was jumping out for your safety before Cory said it wasn’t plugged in hope you are feeling better soon and it looked like a bad partial seizure to me which is what I have because I carry on walking around and stuff like you did I even open doors and other stuff when I have a partial seizure and I’m so sorry that you are having seizures like the ones that you had because they are really dangerous if someone is not there with you any type of seizure is dangerous but partial seizures are another story the amount of times I have injured myself xx

Ah Ang, I've seen so many of your seizures and the help you get either from your mom or Corey but this one brought tears to my eyes when Corey said 'I'm here, I'm here' and throughout the video just how loving he was and when he picked you up. My daughter sometimes has strange behavior after a seizure that she can't remember doing. Focal seizures can possibly explain what you were having? I have seen you have focal seizures before when you were plucking at your clothes or one time looking repeatedly for a pocket that wasn't there. I remember thinking at the time that it was a focal seizure as I had recently looked at different seizures when my daughter first started having them. Strength to you, keep on keeping on and thank you again for sharing your journey with everyone, it helped me so much and still does. I was able to show one of your videos to my daughter a few weeks ago, to show her she's not alone. And that your seizures are very similar to hers. She's 23 with an underdeveloped brain. It took her months before she was ready to watch the videos I took of her seizures, now she does watch to see what happens to her and as I said I was able to show her yours. She thought she was the only one to get them. You help a lot of people. Lots of love ❤

Do you take anything for your Seizures. I'm on meds for mine. They do help a lot but don't stop them completely. Praying you get better

I think it can be actually a post-ictal symptom (also not actually the seizure; it's after the seizure at the last one), after some complex-partial seizures, as I see on the video, or it can be the same seizure another place in the brain. You can't remember what happened, which means this is a complex-focal seizure, and you made some so-called automatizmus, so it can be too, but I thought more about post-ictal symptoms. I have epilepsy too, so I understand that it's very difficult to know what actually happened during this seizure,especially if you don't usually have this type of seizure.

I know when I use to have them. I would remember nothing and I was like you. I was confused, trying to do things that I would have no clue what I was doing. Watching your videos, it allows me to see what is like when you feel like your head keeps trying to turn to the side, or that's how I would explain it. It took me lots of different meds before we found a combination that worked. I talked to some people and my thought is anxiety plays a big role, or it did for me. I didn't take my meds at the same time each day, that didn't matter. I started citalpram and divalproex and that seem to work for me, knock on wood, it's been close to 14 years. I know everyone case is different but I think mine was more anxiety related but hey I am no doctor. I been doing more carnivore eating with intermittent fasting, trying to lose a few pounds and have read some stuff of people having good results on less seizures with different eating. Anyway keep up your postings, love the content. Scott

Hallo from Sweden. I also got ep. I worked with drog adics for 26 years and taking care of people with sezures but then you so in to The moment. When i get sick i now it but it is to late and I just fall and get uncontiant. What medicin do you take? I take tegretol 2 a day and I just got 1 seizure in 15 years. Is The medicin expensive in US? What type of epilepsy do you have?

When I came out of a seizure one time I thought I had been drinking. It felt just like I was drunk. You can do weird stuff when you are "drunk."

those type of behavior its like a temporary loss of memory you wont remember anything until you fully recovered, when my older brother used to be alive he has that similar behavior too after a his grand mal seizure, i am pretty sure he has all types of seizures but his grand mal is the worst out of all!

Is it possible to have mild ones upon waking/falling asleep without really knowing? I've always had sleep paralysis and a couple times I recall waking up to something like thing, but it's completely gone when i fully wake.

I also have someone so special in my life with seizures and she means the world to me. It would be so great to connect to you and share helpful ways. It is very possible to reduce seizure to also once a week or even just 3 times a month.

I had a gran mal seizure last night and my bf showed up cause he was coming over. He’s always so sensitive to loving toward me

Idk what type that is… however. I do believe it is part of the post itcal phase. Maybe a mix of a complex partial seizure. Odd movements, weird behaviors. You aren’t quite out of it. But you are out of the seizure. If that makes sense. If I had to guess complex partial.
