@@TERRELL_GASKINS that use to happen to me ive injured my wrists right now im trying to heal, injured by a fall from a high place anyways you need to warm up your wrists before doing handstands like 360° degrees rotations left and right on each wrist at least 10 times not too fast that should warm them up before doing handstands.
Hi Dr. Vegher. I loved the video. I tried the exercises while I was watching. Too soon to tell if its working yet. I tried clicking on your link for the free Healthy Wrist and Hand guide and it says the link was cancelled. I would like to get a copy of this so could you please tell me how to get it from you. I have Tendinitis & Arthritis in my right hand and Rheumatoid Arthritis that comes and goes as flare ups. Now left hand is starting to get sore too. (I'm definitely a righty) Diagnosed 1996 and have worn a wrist hand for years, have gone to Chiropractor's and gotten cortisone shots and they work for awhile but not so much now. I also have Arthritis in my lower back and have pain shooting down my leg (Sciatic Nerve Pain) when my back goes out. Do you also have exercises for Back Pain?
Thank you Dr. James for the video. I have no words to express my gratitude. Since many years my wrists are painful, swollen. Pain is severe when I squeeze wet cloth to remove water. Fingers also pain a lot. Today I performed your excersises while watching video....warm wave was radiating through forearm and pain was easing. It was soothing experience. I will follow all your instructions and exdercise. I have subscribed to your channel to get more knowledge from you because I suffer from fibromyalgia with fatigue, severe headaches, depression. My life is very difficult because I am enthusiastic and strive to help others but pain all over the body prevents me to do so. I want to write more if you provide email address. Thanks I’ve been watching gymnastics and flexibility and contortionist videos and they all require back bends but when I in a back bend I’m fine but after awhile my wrist starts to feel weak and I quickly get up so I won’t fall I can really say if this helps I only did it once.

Mariela Mundo where exactly is the pain for you. For me I can’t even do push ups because when I apply pressure I feel it hurt Idk if it’s a bone in the wrist
TMONEY official I wasn’t sure exactly what it was, it felt like a nerve or bone when I also added pressure for push ups. One time it became so swollen I couldn’t even move my fingers. The whole pain lasted about a week, it’s been almost 2 weeks now that I can finally start adding pressure again.
Mariela Mundo damn haven’t hit that stage of fingers thankfully but for me it’s been just over 2 months and I can’t put pressure I have know idea what it is
I get recurring pain on the ulnar side of both my wrists from time to time. Completely ruins my day every time I wake up with that pain. I tried this exercise and it really helps. I felt instant relief after doing this. Still taking it slow and avoiding putting any pressure on my wrists though. Will keep doing this.

guys can you help me I don't understand what kind of wrist pain I have. So look whenever I do pushups I do them with a box hand instead of putting my full hand on the floor . I can't do it because the pain is so big that I can't even lift my body with it. The other is that I can't even bend my hand straight. And whenever I do kick boxing when someone hits on my hand it hurts and it goes numb for some seconds I need help
Dr Vegher, Thank you for the video and exercises, the pain is coming from the Ulna bone, it hurts like hell even when I try these movements you have shown us. I am 80 years old and not left handed, so could it be some kind of arthritis starting in that bone, or is it something more serious?
I sprained my wrist twice A couple of years ago in the gym. This video gave me instant remedy to my wrist. I feel my wrist now has fully recovered. Amazing!!!
My wrist recently started to click repeatedly, also feel numbness every now and then, also sting whenever I try to apply pressure on it ( like getting up from bed, opening doors, stretching ) I'm an artist and my wrist have been annoying me for the past week- this relief a bit of pain and hopefully I could get back to my usual routine.

Thank you. Woke up with irritated pain on the left side of my wrist three days ago. And it's getting worst this morning. I looked at some videos that could show me some ways to eliminate this pain, and I came across yours. Your first exercise I couldn't hardly do it. I've had excruciating pain in my thumbs for at least two years, which has been diagnosed as arthritis. Treatment has included numerous cortisone injections, which provide short-lived relief to the constant pain, and I am now facing surgery to remove a bone from e base of each thumb to relieve the problem. I watched the wrist pain video and ma the movements as I watched, and I already have less pain. I shall continue to do the exercises and see if it helps where nothing else has. Amazing, thank you!

By the way does this help with wrist pain from punching with a loose wrist and bending it 90o aggressively? I've had constant pain in wrist tendons for over a year now (I'm 14) and I wonder if those get fixed-ish by this?
