Yes i understand all that but what if Social Security accuses you of having a workmans comp case when you actually dont. And social security wont show you the evidence that says you are on it to begin with? This is the situation im in
Great video!...I was Injured 2016, and have been fighting for the second surgery ..but did not know of the 5 years....does that mean I am out of luck now? I saw a QME Dr. A year ago... but still have yet to hear anything? Even the specialists I was sent to, all are on my side, and my injury is 10 fold now, because on inactivity and denied surgery. Can I use this example and print it out and use this towards my workers comp settlement so it does not affect my ssdi. If you do the 80/20 SSDI is that the same thing as hartmon language or is the 80/20 gonna hurt my disability.
@@TheDisabilityDigest you workers comp and social security can not combine more than 80 percent of your average weekly wage , and if this occurs your disability ssa of offset to make it correct.
