@@marcot4863 After a last minute mail-in election supposedly based on Covid, a large number of fraud claims resulted based on the sloppy election. Many were concerned and wanted full transparency and accountability from the election officials to answer the questions and concerns of the public. They wanted audits of the election, which is a deep dive into the ballots vs just recounting ballots that could have been stolen, purchased, coerced, reprinted, forged, destroyed, etc, along with audits of the voting machines. The officials were not cooperative and it became a standoff that ran up against the clock for when electors could be decided. In case it turned out that election results would be different after the audits, alternate electors were chosen to avoid a constitutional crisis if it was discovered that Trump won but there were no alternate electors chosen within the time window. Now they are calling them fake electors and the people who were trying to keep the options open are being charged for fraud even though all of this would have had to go through the legal system. It's a very dangerous precedent to criminalize those who are trying to bring legal issues forward and what can be expected in a banana republic.
@@marcot4863put your helmet on first ⛑️🥴 this video just explained it and you literally go DUH!🥴 Do you understand that the world thinks of you people as stupid? Do you understand that? 🤔
Treason.. Millie contacts ccp general and tells them they have trump under control or accusing the president of the United States of America of being a Russian spy.
The illegal part is when another party’s slate of electors has been certified, your party's slate of electors gather and vote and submit their "electoral votes" to Congress, fraudulently misrepresenting themselves as the legally elected slate. The Arizona Attorney General is well in order for bringing these charges.
@@DavidBuckspan I have no doubt Trump lost the 2020 presidential election. And you live in a delusional state of mind. Ur 1st step is to admit MAGA is a cult.
@@ReaperODumbacraps-ju4et You like facts? Here's an irrefutable empirical fact that only delusional cult members deny. Joe beat Trump by millions of votes. 🇺🇸
Yes, the fake electors is a scam. We already have real electors and their votes reflected the choice of Americans in 2020: Joe Biden. I didn't fight overseas to watch my great country taken over by criminals and their cult king. 🇺🇸
It IS one sided. Only one side broke the law. Only one side is being charged. All sides were investigated, one was charged. See how it works? Being one sided is what allows charges to be brought. Duh
We're not falling for it. This is activism not journalism. Propaganda there is not an adversary here or representation of the accused. Only pretending the accusation is FACT and not just an accusation.
They said at the top of the video innocent until proven guilty. It’s not their problem if they can’t find someone stupid enough to defend this criminality ✌️🇺🇸
Innocent until proven guilty but let's be honest that's not good enough for you. Right? You don't give a damn about justice. Right? You want them to let them go. Right? Forgetaboutit! Right? They did nothing wrong. Why are they picking on those people. Right?
2:48 YEA, GOOD DEFINITIONS!! LIKE THE WORD SPIN, SPUN! litte bias? EXACTLY!! THE PROPER WORDS!! "Explane the charges!" THATS WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN YOU'RE QUESTION! Formerly a fox employee?
I remember when Rudy Giuliani was mayor. He allowed the police to do the jobs that they were trained to do. Crime was down and everybody loved New York City back then.
7:13 for him to giggle on this question, tells me, his question was not for the audience to understand how the grand jury words, but to discredit the judy who LOOKED THOUGHT THE EVIDENCE!! and NOTED A CRIMINAL ACT! DONT YOU KNOW YOUR OWN MIND? AND WHAT KIND OF COMMENT IS THAT? BAIS REPORTING! SO FAR!!
That happens all the time. Not everyone gets a cushy gig at a law firm when they graduate law school. Some join the prosecutors office, some become clerks for judges and some become public defenders. It's how they get experience. They all eventually either become judges or go into private practice. Trump special counsel Jack Smith started out as a prosecutor in NYC. Also, its up to the prosecutor to recuse themselves from the case when they have a conflict of interest. A defendant has the Constitutional right to hire any practicing attorney that they choose.
@@robertschumann7737 but why go and defend against people you prosecuted I’m just stating how they suddenly all decided to go to private practice literally after the January 6th cases which some of them are still being prosecuted as we speak! Sir if you want to gaslight something do it elsewhere but we can all see the conflict of interests of you actually listened to the whole thing instead of commenting about cushy jobs after law school. These people are currently working for or at firms defending people they and their offices back in the states they respectively worked that they prosecuted
And just what is the Defense for the Defendants? Donald Trump declares he did not lose, therefore he WON and we must change the state elector vote to reflect HIS reality. Note, Donald Trump LOST Arizona.
This isn't a both sides issue. It is an issue of some qcult low intelligence traitors trying to overthrow duly elected people. When you idjits scream about election malfeasance, this is it. It is y'all. It is called projection. The ones accusing the others are the ones perpetrating the law breaking. Get it through your skull cult member
How can people be arrested for going through the court system? Are we going to start arresting clients and their lawyers who are on the losing end of lawsuits regarding constitutionality of an issue? We are in very, very sick times. We used to have to read about political persecution, not see it in our own courts. But isn't that how it starts in banana republics once the people in power start arresting their political opponents, then they end up getting arrested for abusing their power by the next administration, and on and on?
I totally agree. Political parties and presidential candidates should be able to legally bypass the will of the people and do whatever they please to obtain power.
@@bukavac5607 That must be why Trump is president now. Oh, that's right. He didn't legally bypass the system. Your false argument is exactly what this case is about. Do you also think that someone and their lawyers should go to jail for fraud and attempted robbery if they lose a financial lawsuit? Let me guess. Only if it is someone you don't like.
5;29 Again, why one media network? Couldn't have said, The tv grand jury,or media grand jury! STOP WITH YOU'RE SPINNG OF WORDS!! OR SHOULD I CALL IT WEAVING!! ? DROP A STICH HERE AND TRERE! STOP MISLEADING THE VIEWER.
