Very well said about not wanting to eat out! I had a cheat day the other day and it was not worth it. It just made me realize I can make food at home that tastes better and fits my goals
Inspiring to someone thinking of getting back into the gym- u can keep going and start slow and u don’t have to be perfect and get the instant result once- it’s a lifestyle of constant improvement. Great rant. Can apply to anyone at any spot in any goal
The front poses are really great, I think the back needs to have more cuts and muscle show like your front. You are incredible to lose all that weight. With all that weight lost did you lose some strength? The conversation about doing the best you can was awesome and that's exactly what life is about.
