Agreed. This hybrid crap is getting over the top. I would consider a hybrid athlete just a normal athlete. Stop acting like this is some ritual or some new wave of athletes. People have been doing this since the first Olympics
Don’t forget the stigma of these big ass bodybuilders going to “hybrid” training and having people think they built their big bodies through “hybrid” training when that’s simply not the case.
@@mrbartuss1 yes but that’s also kinda sickening. These influencers show there day to day training stuff and eating and they act like they have accomplished something intense. They have the whole day to train. I respect the savages that do this stuff and work a full time job. Those people are the ones that know what hard work is . These guys basically have unlimited time to train. Make some bucks from sponsors, and basically are owned by the company’s that sponsor them.
You should look into doing a Spartan race in the future since you’re becoming a hybrid athlete. I think that would be a cool training series plus seeing you do the event
Alphalete was smacked with a reality check, wasn't based in reality. Fairy tales. From an outsider's perspective, it looked as though it was being modelled after Disneyland. It lived in Christian's unfettered imagination, not reality. It's a gym with merchandise, not a theme park.
