They could almost just put skis on the front and have the same effect. With that kind of setup, it's more like a two wheeled vehicle with full power to both wheels, and rotating skis for steering devices, than it is a four wheeled vehicle with only rear drive. Much if the time there's only one of the front wheels touching anyway, and even when they do touch it's so light they're literally only there to change trajectory.
My dad has showed me videos of his Bronco (i think) w a 302 on alcohol & narrow tractor tires and WOW!! But you’re not the only one I’ve heard talk about how bad his trucks were lol
I wonder how good FWD would fair. Or a mid or rear-engine RWD to get some weight off the front so it plows less and more on the rear so it hooks better.
These boys do a bad job flipping their front ends, my dad had one that turned on a dime and he used it as a daily driver. These trucks have bowed front tires and when they turn too sharp they quit spinning
