If one of those boys gets in trouble it could mess up the innocent boy's record. If either one is shady as adults, he could commit identity theft on the other, ruin his brother's credit.

Because the woman is the one who carries the baby and therefore her promiscuity is more relevant than a man's because the father is the one in question not the mother of the child.

When a woman gives live birth to a baby you absolutely cannot deny that she is the mother but with a father you can, especially if she was sleeping around with multiple men and wants/claims a particular man to be the father... In situations like these when a father is in question, a man's promiscuity is absolutely irrelevant simply for the fact that he can be proven not to be the dad of that woman's particular child.

Dana Christine my sister once knew a guy whose older sister had the same name as him. Apparently, his dad (who has a gender neutral name) wanted to make sure his oldest had the same name as him in case he didn’t have any children. Then, when he had a son, he wanted his son to be a jr.

My son's father's now wife let her name their son the same name as mine...he said he didn't know why he let her do that, cause he feels dumb sitting in a car with 2 boys with the same name so when he calls 1 they both answer....smfh. My son said its weird.
