There is a God and thank God I found you. I am getting mini braids and will loc from there. I been watching videos religiously and always found people who have many braids trying to look at their Grid or the braid pattern but I was looking for someone who was braided and their braids turn into locs. You are the first person that I've came across who's hair that I absolutely love and it's absolutely gorgeous. People have been trying to discourage me but like I explain to them it's my hair and it's only hair and I'm going to do what's right for me. Love your hair. I love that you're a saxophonist. Is that a side gig or full time? It amazes me when someone is a photographer, musician, painter, author, etc as their actual career because you don't see that too often. Usually people just work a dead end 9-5 and do your job as a hobby. It depresses me to think that will be my future too some day once I finish school

Nice locs. I have recently just over the summer combined mine. I used to get them palm rolled and later interlocked so the roots got thin. I might interlock once a year or else just wash and separate. I haven't quite decided yet.
