This Mini nano planted aquarium is just 5ltrs/1.32 gallon,suitabke only for fish or shrimp spawning,it was setup 2 years ago for testing diy aquasoil,it has gone through growing different varities of plants as it is no filter,no co2,no fertilizer aquarium few high demanding plants have not been tested in this aquarium.Mainly red cherry shrimps and guppy fishes are the residents of this aquarium.The diy aquasoil has supported plant growth to very good extent and still continues plant growth support.
Only some percentage of aquasoil has turned to mush rest soil is still in good shape.

The diy aquasoil is as good as branded aquasoils available in market,with some cherry on top features like being able to adjust strength and nutrition compostion of the aquasoil.
