Hi Andrew. I started 2 weeks after my 1st HT and maybe 8 days after my 2nd HT because I was impatient. I always started with some light training like arms or shoulders. Didn´t do any compound lifting right away. Generally doctors say 2 weeks though.

yes but even transplanted hair may be affected by DHT long term if no Finasteride will be used. It should never fall out but some thinning of the transplanted hair can occur with time

It doesn't do anything man, I spent roughly 1500 Canadian on it.. 6/7 months and I didn't notice anything

I have seen PRP speeding up hair growth after hair transplant. Some guys may get a nice fullness of hair by the 4.5th month which they would have normally experienced by the 6th month mark hadn´t they done any PRP post op. I tried 3 PRP´s but didn´t do much. I had an initial shed from it which suggests it should have worked but I haven´t seen any visual improvements what so ever. Most of the guys I spoke with confirmed about the same. The only injectable treatment with potential in treatment of AGA (males and females) is Dutasteride mesotherapy in my opinion. Injectable Exosomes are being tested nowadays as well. Let´s see how many years it´ll take until exosome treatments are going to become more standardized and less of an experiment.
