@Luca Santangelo, do u have any ways to prevent hair from frizzing. Everytime I wash my hair, it always looks at it's best and then in the morning, always having a bad hair day and I just frizzy hair or small fly away hairs that stick out.
It doesn't matter because it all depends on the person if he is not into it that's it. It's like telling someone to style their hair a certain way cuz you think that suits them but they don't feel like it.
You look *amazing with your hair down.* Perhaps you don’t realize it so I wanted to give you an objective third party narrative. Love the channel, can’t wait to see what comes next 😊🙌
I've shaved my head with a blade for almost 20 years, and because of the pandemic, I started growing it back in Aug 2020. The only thing I wish was it grew faster, and I should have started in March 2020 when we were all sent home!
You inspired me to start growing out my hair. I started growing it out from a buzzcut Beginning of april 2020 after seeing your hairgrowth journey during quarantine. It’s been a year and 3 months and I can already style it into a full bun! Thank you for helping and inspiring me to get where I am in my hairgrowth journey today, and I look forward to seeing more of your videos and tips!
I remember watching this video while having sort of short hair. While currently my hair is a little past my shoulders 😎 . One thing to know is that everyone you know will tell you to get a hair cut during the awkward stages and you'll definitely feel like shit. I wanted to cut my hair so many times but I decided through with it and now many people say I have very nice hair.
Your hair looks awesome either down or up ✌ I'm currently just over 1 year.... awkward phase is dragging out over a long time. But I have no intentions of stopping now. My end goal is basically the same as yours, to tie it up comfortably. Also, watching your 1 year hair growth video around 6 months ago REALLY helped me push through and resist the temptation to get it cut. Thanks for spurring me on yet again!
Yooo I cut my hair 2 weeks before after a year and a half of growing it. To be honest it was the BEST thing I've ever done to my hair in the past 18 years lol. And it's the first time I made a change to my hairstyle, which is just simply letting it grow and do its thing. Trust me, if you have a not so square, not-so-thick, average V-shaped, or even slightly diamond-shaped face, just grow your hair out once in your life, you won't regret it. You're gonna get so many compliments along the way. The awkward stage depends for everyone. All depends on the confidence of the person. Once you grow out your hair and look at the past "awkward stage" you will think that, that wasn't really awkward and you could've just gone out without a cap. It's just a feeling. Damn this became long
Im on 2.5 years of growth now, just a tiny bit longer than Luca's hair at the end, and I feel so good man. This is the longest my hair has ever been. So true of just letting it grow out at least once in your life, feels quite liberating. Although I hit that beast of an awkward phase he mentioned. it wasnt really about how it looked that bothered me more how it felt and zero styles worked out due to the nature of my hair, but when you get through that awkward phase its smooth sailing. Being 6'5 with a hectic babyface, long hair really pulled my whole look and style together. So many compliments and now it came to a point where my gf refuses me having my hair cut lmao.
A year and a half in but I'm getting 3-4 inches cut off though since that part's looking like a cotton ball. Managed to save the rest though thanks to your tips, cheers!
I’ve been growing my hair at the same rate and am at the exact same length! I have no clue what I want to do next either but you have always been an inspiration to me. ✌️
I remember when Luca was a year in growing his hair and he could tie it and i was just 4 months in wearing hats and shit to cover my awkward stage. Now my hair grew longer than his current hair that he has right now in just 1 year and 4 months.
Hi. Even though I'm 65, with no thinning or baldness whatsoever all my young friends (even younger than you, Lucca!) tell me it's 'fierce'. Weirdly, after nearly 15 months, my hair length like yours at nearer two years. Who'd have thought that a 65 year old's hair would grow faster? What I wish to know is (1) have you produced any videos since this one and (2) please reassure me that you haven't cut your locks (Incidentally, you look incredible with hair down, and a little unkempt. It's an amazing look in my opinion!) Ciao, bello regazzo....
I'm sooo close to finally getting the man bun of my dreams, I've been growing out my hair since October 2020, and it took so long I've had 2 visits to the barber to trim it a little bit, and I've kind of reached a point where I can't really "experiment" with it like you said but I'm pushing through it Thank you for your amazing vids btw you a true hero
Im happy for u bro, i grew My top last winter and now its 13 inches, 5 months ago decided to grow a full man bun, so maybe 8 months nd ill get a good manbun
Bro October 2020 was the year for me to grow mine too! But barbers closed at the start of 2021 so instead of growing the top and trimming the sides, I've decided to let it all grow and now I am kind of getting close but the sideburns I did trim a couple times since the start of this year so they are quite short compared to the rest.
Duuuuuuuuudeeeeeeeee, same. My last haircut was October 17th 2020, and I believe it was at the longest 2 inches after my haircut? Though I want to say likely more along the lines of 1 inch long, but two inches is my assumption so I don't think my hair is growing faster than it actually is. Last I measured my hair was August 17th, and at that point it was 8.5 inches long. I want my damn manbun so badly.
I've been growing out my hair but I really have no idea which products I should use to style it. Anyone has recommendations? My hair is as flat as Luca's at 2.43 and I just want have some shape like how he does it
I started growing my hair out at the beginning of covid. I trimmed the lower back part and now can put it up in almost a high bun thanks to your help. I was going to quit a few times but your tips along with trav white helped me get here. Thanks bro! 🙏
I think I'm only 3 months behind you in hairgrowth, anyway, I'm in this for the long run. The hair is staying, Russell Brand seems to have it going for him so maybe I'll have long hair into my 50s, who knows
I’m at quarter one, struggling to get it nice with styles. I enjoy it mainly when I’m home anyway so at work it’s not a big deal. What products were you using in quarter one?
Nice! I'm at 1,75 years now. Interesting to see how different your hair is compared to my curly Hair. Less awkward stages since curly hair looks decent when loose
My hair is long from the top, but I always cut it from the sides to give me a fresh look. My question would be that shall I cut the top and let it grow with the sides from the beginning to get the same haircut like that one, or I shall let the sides grow without cutting my top hair which took me a year to grow it. Thank you 😍
if you do end up cutting your hair soon you should do something like blumaan where he cut it to different styles, i personally loved the modern take on a mullet.
I wonder if I'm the oldest following you? I doubt it as I'm only 65 (going on 17). Blessed with no baldness, thinning whatsoever so have been giving it a go for about 9 months and it seems to grow at same rate as you younger chaps. So finding you, Luciano, a few months ago was perfectly timed to keep me going. It's weird; when I had long hair back in the '70s it was much thicker/wavier and I was more like a teenage hippy tramp. It's still lovely and thick, but a little less so, and hangs better now than then. People tell me it's a powerful thing... I think you're looking at your most beautiful as it grows (very nearly as beautiful as me!), young Luciano Ciao bellissimo e grazie
Your hair is beautiful looks good loose or tied back or up....... would a bandeau or Alice band type thing help at the awkward stage that's what I've used in the past .......
Hey Luca am a big fan of your hairstyle and personality. Even i want to grown out my hair but i have a query , i have a very dark complexion (somewhat like matt black) and have super staright and silky hair . So i just wanted to know your opinion on whether i should grow out my hair or not . Please please do answer 🥺🥺🥺 Ps : am gonna grow it out no matter what but i just wanted to know about ut opinion on the matter
Don't ever cut your, embrase your roots of where your orgins come from, I'm certianly I am, I'm part Native Indian, and I've been growing my hair for 1 year 4 months going on 5 months, And I'm commited to grow it out with the help of homemade remedies I fo for hair growth bit also keeping it strong, thick & healthy, so that it may be nice & long, I'm commited for my hair to grow super long, long enough for me to say yes, that's where I'm happy where its at. So my message to all men out their who are growing their hair out, or have long hair or are curious of growing their hair out. Don't be afriad, let your hair grow, embrase that feminine side of yourself, embrase your native roots of where your ancestors come from, embrase the warrior within you, your hair is part of your body, your mind and your Spirit, take care of your hair, don't listen or let anyone bring you down cause of your beauty of your hair. Feel it with pride and degnity, Trust me, once you have long hair, you're never gonna wanna go back to having short hair, besides, you might actually grow as person and become more of a man then you ever felt in your whole life. So Men, lets all grow our hair out together!!!!! And make a difference in the world.
I hit the one year mark about a month ago. I’ve been able to tie it up recently but it’s tight and has lots of fly away hair. Can’t wait to rock a messy bun look
I have long hair but i have fucking entrances since i was like 2 yo, my hairline looks like harry styles hairline,😪now i'm 21yo and it still same size but i don't use man bun because of that 🙁
Lucas, my hair looks so dead and dry. Just imagine first stage of your hair but it looks more brittle like a brooom stick....how do I get it healthier? I'm moving to a non alcoholic organic shampoo. Is there something I can put in my hair at night to make it look as healthy as yours ?
i had a lot of hair loss after my son died, i had to buzz cut it, it was falling out big time, so i went to see a determotolist and he told me to use big doses of vitamin D and coconut oil on my scalp, its working, but slowly coming back in, its really thick on top but the back and sides are slower growing, ugh, i have been through this before and it grew back a lot faster, that time, when i have covid, it was almost back to normal, i want mine like yours, one length back, and NOT buzz it ever again, Suzanne here,
When you got nice hairline, you can do any hairstyle to your hair. My hairline is bad. I feel ashame to do this hairstyle eventho i've keep my hair for 1year. When i do man bun, it looks so terrible with my hairline. I hope i can fix my hairline so i have full of confident to do any hairstyle including keep my hair long like this again.
In august ill be exactly hitting ny 2year hair growth but currently right now my hair is about the same length of hair as yours not sure whether to continue growing it or stick to this length permantly and just cut split ends every few months
