The time has finally come! The 20,000 CALORIE CHALLENGE EPIC CHEAT DAY! One of my first ever youtube videos I did the 10,000 calorie challenge and I said if it got 500 likes I'd do the 20k. Well......it got 20k likes 😂

3.) Incline Pause Bench Press 12-15, 10-12, 8-10 Increase weight each set
4.) T-Bar Row 12-15, 10-12, 8-10 Increase weight each set
5A.) Seated Cable Row 3x12-15 Last set drop set to failure
5B.) Pec Dec Fly 3x12-15 Last set drop set to failure
