It would be helpful to do a 21-day challenge to make your study more productive. Also, doing this challenge with everyone here and sharing your progress will provide motivation. You should comment every day under the Pomodoro Timer you use while working and indicate whether it is working or not, for example: Day1: ✅ Day2:❌ ....... Day21:✅ ✨ THE BEST TIME TO START IS NOW !! ✨
you and me both! I find 20 minutes is as much as i can muster at a time, and it's so much better than just giving up and saying "I can't even sit and write for an hour" -- what if you didnt have to sit and work for an hour straight!!
These videos are great for my classroom. Would you possibly be able to create a timer in the same format without music that's a 25 minute video? Instead of work and break, it would be 20 minutes for work and then 5 minutes for cleanup.
i hope youve found the other video for 25/5 pomodoros. you'd just skip to the last timestamp and use only the last 25 mins. or what would make more sense is you use this one, on the last 20min session, and use the 'green screen' for cleanup even though it says break.
Does this trick actually work ? because an IITian Told me that it helps you to stay focused While working or studying but my father is total against it that it is actually a excuse that I am studying he is thinking instead that you are playing with a ball when your annual exams are in 2 days. After explaining him he is still against this timer . Plz help what I should tell him. T^T
no it does work, bc your motivation goes up with such a small amount of time learning, meaning it says " oh in 20 minuets i have a break i can handle this" and on your break dont go on your phone, you should walk ect and move your body
