Hey guys, 🙋🏼♂️🙋🏼♀️ would you like to plant trees 🌳 for our environment while you are studying with Pomodoro? Then check our my new project: Study for Future: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-L3ilJh2b3f8.html
maybe you guys should add a non-distracting sound / music to the background... so we can filter out the outside noise. Whoever doesnt want the sound could simply mute it.
wow, weird how motivating this thing is! I just finished studying 3 ENTIRE units for my anatomy lab practical - thats FOUR DAYS FROM now. Feels so weird to be on top of things and prepared. Thanks pomodoro. Good luck on yalls finals everyone!
For an ADHD brain like mine the pomodoro technique has been absolutely game changing. I get super anxious if I know I should work for hours straight and most of the time I end up not doing it. However something with knowledge that the next short break is in just 25 minutes and I am allowed to have it, makes it much easier to work for hours without procrastinating during the work rounds.
@@senaaroz1897 as someone who struggles to focus, here me out. Just know that what you are doing know will positively affect your later life, and that the hard work you put in, will bless your future self. Put away all distractions and really concentrate on learning the information
@@BandCalledTheSleep whaa its so harddd :(( I know I should but when they send messages I cannot focus. the only thing I can do is check my notifications. But I'm trying so hard to do my works. i usually waste my time with doing these kind of things. and I sleep less because of these.
@@senaaroz1897 I have a suggestion! When it's study time you should turn off or put away all distractions. You should turn on do not disturb on your phone. When you feel like you're about to break focus and get distracted, remind yourself why you're doing this and think of how proud you'll be of yourself when you complete it successfully!
this feels perfect for my brain. I was struggling to find a way to stay focused and then I get this recommended. the 25 minutes feels short yet long enough to keep me focused and the 5 minutes is great for me to walk around and stretch my weakened knees lol, thank you so much!
omg thank you 🙏🏾 this study method is amazing, i usually procrastinate but with this i actually studied for 5 hours plus i used the 5 min breaks to clean my room!
i paused the vid mistakenly and ended up studying for 4 hours straight and realized why was there no ringing or alarm and saw that the vid was paused at 18 mins ughh
This has actually been helping my ADHD self stay mostly focused since my college courses are all online and honestly this is the best thing I have found I'm not sure why I haven't found this sooner!
Didn't expect it to work but it kind of does. I usually burn myself out by going for too long; the frequent breaks help. I am also glad the alarm is so gentle and not something that will deliver a heart attack when you're in the zone.
Just wanted to say: thank you for this video. It has actually helped me get my life together, and become a more responsible person. I am studying now more than I ever was before, thanks to God, the person who created this method, and you, because I found out about it through your video. Thank you man.
going to use this everyday for 2h (except saturday) all year round :) I will leave a comment underneath each time to hold myself accountable #1 (tonight was working on 1200word assignment that is due tommorow ugh procrastination) .. hopefully by using this everyday i will not procrastinate anymore. who ever is reading this i wish you all the best in your studies :)
@@synq-_-8595 @retal alrifaie lmao i did AHAHAHA i do still study daily sometimes or 4 days a week but i don't use pomodoro i just study before class and at night before sleeping
To anyone reading this, you've got this! 💪 I started using this technique in my 2nd year of undergrad and I always come back to it on any days where I'm struggling to get motivated 😅 it is amazing how quickly the time goes by
this was super helpful thank you! I used it to study for the mcat and I was able to study for 4 hours straight (played the video twice lol) without getting distracted
No more workday without a Pomodoro! Honestly, I struggle a lot sometimes to stay focussed, espacially as I started living in a van. The outdoor noises on the parking lots, the new places every day... but this technique really keeps my focus. Huge fan :) I even uploaded one Pomodoro myself recently, as I thought it would be fun for people to combine the timer with some travel content.
I'm dyslexic and often I lose my concentration, during my study time sometimes I stare into emptiness, Pomodoro Technique helped me a lot: during study when I feel tired before losing my concentration I watch the pomodoro stopwatch and this give me the motivation to resist till the work time ends... If u are in the same boat I really suggest you to try this method it helped me a lot and maybe can change your university life like it did with me!
Thank you for the video. The pomodoro method got me my BA lol. Now learning Japanese. Many pomodoro timers out there, even bought a physical tomato timer, but this video is convenient, and lucky for the uploader, first on the list. Keep studying hard my fellow pomodorians!
writing this here so i can comeback and tell u guys that I achieved my dream and joined med school this year is my year and I'm working my ass off for it I'll be coming back in 24/06/2022 to update
It is a very interesting way, I study for 25 minutes and a 5 minute break saves time and studying for long times without the Pomodoro method. It is very difficult to not join the time also. I like this method, it is very beautiful, thank you 🧠🙏

Something I do to modify this template is that every 3rd Pomodoro, i actually take a 20 min break. If you can afford to take that extra time, I’d recommend it!
this is veyr helpful for me I have adhd, and I like the various time sizes, like the one hour, and i like thats everytime you finish its like you've done a lot, you see your progress easily.
Thanks a lot , this is really really, really helpful for me. ive always had problems on concentrating for longer periods of time, and by long i mean for more than 20 minutes, but thanks to this its gradually changing for the better.
I have exams in 3 weeks that I haven’t studied s* for… this is actually very effective if you use it right!!! *P.s it only works if your phone is powered off and kept in a far away place ;)*
Thanks for this. I have used a different pomodoro video, but the alarm was too soft and I'd either work through the break or miss the alarm to get back. So, I stopped using it. This has a nice easy to hear but not so startling alarm that sounds like nothing else going on around me and that is a great idea to draw my attention. and because it is distinct, I can still play other music and not have the alarm drowned out because it's too soft or too short to notice. I usually have other windows and apps going over the video so i can't use the time clock as a visual reference. I hope this allows me to use the time keeping strategy better than before.
usually i dont do well with history but ever since ive been using this method i feel like i remember so much from what a learned before while studying this way
this helped me soooooo much.i realy like it!when i was doing homework 10 minute end braking 30 miinute, now im doing my homework 25,39,40 minute end breaking just 5,10 minute!soo cool!like it!
I've been playing this video like 6 o maybe 7 times in two days, not lying, I'm on final exams. Wish I had used it before! Maybe one session of 2 hours, five times a week would have been enough? Not sure, but it certainly would be better than it is now after procrastinating the whole semester
As a neurodivergent student with very low focus this really helps. I don't feel the burden of overwhelming tasks this way, and I can really focus on my 25minutes!
