Surge was brought back a few years ago and is still sold in select stores. I still buy Mellow Yellow every week. It hasn’t gone anywhere. The one soda I was hoping to see was NuGrape. It was a favorite of mine and my kids up until it was discontinued a few years ago.
I have drank many of the soft drinks here over the years especially the ones that were available here in my state of Oklahoma at the time during the 70's and 80's as I'm 59 now but I remember the television commercials of all of these sodas, my favorite was Mr. Pibb now known as Pibb Xtra but back then Mr. Pibb was only sold in stores in Texas and other nearby states and only certain stores in Oklahoma but not in the area that i lived in however but aside of Mr. Pibb my favorites were Dr. Pepper, A&W Root Beer and Cream Soda, 7-Up, Sprite, Ginger Ale and a few others but I just want to say Thanks for the delicious Memories.🇺🇲🥤😋🥤🇺🇲
New coke the big mistakes was killing the original out right just assuming everyone would be happy about it and I can tell you they werent. Hires was great almost as good as original mug was, which has always been my favorite, root beer should NEVER have caffeine. Not sure why soda execs cannot learn to leave well enough alone.
some of these were also only supposed to be limited editions such as Crystal Pepsi etc. loved Slice growing up in the 90s especially apple cinnamon and peach never realized it had mango juice in it
Crystal Clear Pepsi was good and you didn't mention Pepsi Blu and I really liked that one too! I remember slice and seen some of the others you mentioned.
One thing pepsico will never change is that generic cheap soda flavor blind taste a pepsi and any store brand thats what sucked about new coke it tasted like a cheap generic soda.
I've tried and remember a lot of these and I wish they bring some of them back even if it is a seasonal thing like eggnog is and there was some I hadn't even heard of and I would liked to try shame they wouldn't bring some back and see if they do better a second time around
