So funny how US people criticize mis-appropriating someone else's culture. But when they see food prepared authentically and not on America's Top Chef or some other program they have negative comments about everything. This guy cooks like I have seen in many of places - libs should love that it is all organic, free-range, no GMO, no antibiotics, nothing wasted, natural and well balanced - and they dont have to shell out $ to some agency (that takes 90% off the top) to make them feel good.
there was an episode where they cooked one of the dogs, pet owners nightmare :) it was hilarious to see all the people who love dogs cry like extremist vegans, hahahah. looked delicious.
