I've seen a lot of Galaxy Watch videos since pre-ordering. None of them explain the basic features as well as this video did. I learnt a lot in 13 minutes! thanks mate ;)
Best informative galaxy watch video I've seen. And believe me, I have seen ALL of them since I was hyped about receiving mine. You talked about so many things that nobody else even mentioned. I learned a lot. Thanks so much!
Appreciate it! I wanted to do 50+ tips but figured a 30 minute video would be too much. Definitely learned a lot doing this one. Hope to make future tutorials much better. Thanks again!
Thank you so much! I just received my watch and was able to quickly move around because of your excellent demonstraions and descriptions. I learned about a lot of options I had not idea the watch had! You are appreciated!
The Galaxy Watch has a ton of features that allows you to customize it to fit your lifestyle. I've only covered 20 tips to help you get familiar with the OS. Please share your tips and tricks below!
Ignore the snotty comments. Great video offered to help new owners. Imagine. A nice gesture. First month in my 46mm Galaxy coming from an Apple watch. Excellent build quality, just seems far more rugged and has great fit/finish/finesse. Using the basic bold text format black ground/white character face im seeing 10% batt drop per day incl 90 a min daily wrkout. That's insanely good. Loving mine. Cheers.
Thanks! It’s definitely got a tougher exterior than the Apple Watch. The battery life on both sizes are excellent. I’m impressed with the amount of customizing too.
OMG... I was on the phone with Samsung support for over an HOUR and was ultimately told that “if there was a way to make a shortcut for sleep mode surely I would tell you- you cannot make a shortcut” you just showed me how to do it in 3 seconds! LIKE LIKE SUBSCRIBE SUBSCRIBE THANK YOU!

What's all those tips are for if the phone is unusable Nothing works accurate and Samsung watch active to accept making a call and look in what time is it none of the work of activity is accurate not even the heart monitor what's the use of that watch our testing it for over 2 months and nothing is working and I'm going return it to cosco
This is so awesome! Thank you so much 😍 I'm getting my watch tomorrow and I'm a first time owner so this is one of the better "basic" videos that I've seen so far. I thank you again 🤗
Thanks. Many of the guys try their best but the English language can be a difficult task for some. Can't really understand them. This provides what I need to get started. Cheers.
Outstanding! Appreciate your knowledge & experience. Seeking comparative information on certain smartwatches. Lost a couple of years somehow while tech advances grow. Fast! Not a Bixby fan. Samsung needs a do-over. Concerns too about Google apps like Maps, Gmail, RU-vid, etc. while simultaneously disgusted at Google's Gestapo gangs of censorship across platforms. Don't see them changing; ever. Wondering about Samsung's change not including Google platforms at Factory. Just an fyi on critics: your tutorials are perfect speed for me & many non-millenials. Watch millenial tutorials see mad complaints like, "speaking too fast," yada, yada. Notice harsh criticism from many who find it challenging to accept valid critiques & feedback. There's clearly some discernible disconnect. These contrasts seem like nothing more than personal preferences based on one's learning variables, including e.g. my ignorance of latest smartwatch & smartphone parlance (many other tech items too) & tech features, so slower is better for me on this topic at this time. Need to replay fast speakers multiple times, but do not fault his or her speaking or presentation as it's more my novice pace as the primary factor. Your videos are excellent! Thanks!
Thank you so much for the kind words! I feel we definitely need to slow our videos down. Not everything is a 30 sec commercial. My 2019 goals is to up the presentation and make twice as many videos. Your comments are motivating!
@@TechJungle -- Great goal. Looking forward to viewing them. Guessing you know the best tempo for the item. We'll follow along. Lots to know; lots to learn. Any ideas on the products or types of tech you'll be presenting?
Even though I have had the watch now for a couple of months and am quite familiar with most of the tips shown in the video I want to say that this is an excellent source as a startup for anyone starting to use the Galaxy watch - I really wish I had seen this when I first started wearing the watch. Pace was great, visual instruction was very easy to follow. Well done! Now I would really like to see a "trouble shooting" video. I have had a variety of issues with my watch and the Samsung site is not terribly helpful in solving them - even went to the local Samsung store and they were useless. Here are some issues: How can I download music that is not currently on my attached phone? My email was connected, but has now stopped showing up on the phone - what can I do to resore it. My appointments have never appeared on my watch - I use Outlook. What can I do to connect it.
U can access alot of these from pulling the bar down and clicking one button, to turn them on and off instead of going into settings and finding it, such as water lock, do not disturb, night mode, theater mode, watch always on, find my phone, and way more
Dude, like, I had to pause. Is one of your 20 tips seriously that it's got a touch screen? No, just fucking no. No matter how amazing the rest is, that's just... no...
just yesterday I brought galaxy watch 46mm and this is my first time experience of smartwatche I didn't know anything about this watch thanks for teaching me
At tip #11 I see a text messaging app. My watch does not have that! I also do not have a email app. Any ideas on how to find those? I have a Samsung B746 watch model #SM R810. What version of Galaxy Wearable are you using?
Crazy thing, yesterday I got "Samsung Watch Active" and watching your video while checking all options. Suddenly my Bixby started to go on while I was checking some apps. I already thought my watch is ready for RMA when I noticed that your voice is activating Bixby :) Tested several times. I am watching your video on TV with great sound btw. I had no idea that Bixby can be activated by voice. Great video. If I watched it yesterday it would save me lot of time.
@@TechJungle :) No worries, I learned something new. Watch has mic on front side and it was pointing right into speakers, it even speech to text from my TV but not precisely, so it is great fun to read that :) Strange thing is that is activating with just word "Bixby" though. No need for "Hi, Bixby".
i bought the 2018 galaxy watch 42mm(BT version) and am using it with my Samsung Note 9 device. I have updated the watch software, the apps on watch shows no update currently and notifications are turned on too for WhatsApp Facebook Messenger Gmail etc... but I am not getting any notifications for these apps on my Galaxy Watch... only Phone and SMS notifications are coming. No third party app notifications are showing. Please help.
Finally got the solution... now watch is up and running perfectly.. you have to uninstall the "galaxy wearable" app pre installed in the phone... while doing that you will be asked if you wanna uninstall all the related plug ins too... click "Yes" restart phone... and re install the app from play store... format the watch by clicking reset on watch too simultaneously... then pair and you should be good to go and yea.. update all watch apps from phone too...
I’ll keep your tip in mind until I get my watch. Thanks! By the way, do you get the notification icon counter for the 3rd party apps when you receive a message on it?
Which model of the galaxy watches is this and what size is it,I don't like them when they are too big and extends beyond rims of my wrist, I like them moderate.
One other question that I will like to ask to help me decide on which direction to go about these watches is that is it possible just for the face of these watches to turn black when they are not being used as in when they are not active, sort of make them go to sleep.
Is there a way to add your own customized notifications? I know you can with ringtone, haven't been able to figure out how to do so for notifications... Thanks
Thanx for posting. Very helpful. Is there a way that I can add my personal background to my Gear 3? When I add the picture, I cannot see the watch function.
i got the galaxy watch 3 days ago to my 30s, i love em, i do turn em off over night, dont rly need to know informations about my sleep.. so the battery lasts longer
@@TechJungle Yes. It doesn't show up and says to verify if you have the right app for the watch you have. And when I went into settings and saw "connect to new phone" I thought this meant that I could add it there. But that only erases the connection with the first phone (which I didn't know it would do😑) But after that happened I was able to pair it my iPhone 8. My personal is a Note 9.
Okay so ask yourself a few questions: 1. How often do I want to charge the watch? 2. Would the 46mm be too big on my wrist? 3. Which color option do I prefer? Go with the one that fits closest to the answers for these questions.
@@TechJungle I've made my decision, I just bought the 46mm. On reassessment it looks better and has the specs for my liking. Thank you. You've truly gone the extra mile. Thanks dude
I got the 42mm and am so glad I did. It fits my wrist alot better, feels lighter and less cumbersome. I still get 2 days out of the battery with alot of use.
Hello, can you help me? I bought an watch and I don't know how to send audio, and I saw in your video that you had the option, is it an app to send audio? I don't have an option in my watch to send voice audios. Please, help me! I would appreciate
