@@DavidMedina4All OSHA is Occupational Health to protect workers. Medical devices are regulated by FDA which is to protect patients. Buzzy is FDA 510k cleared to control needle pain. I'm sorry your class advised you not to use it. Hopefully, in the future this may change this for many classes.
