The SAW movies have many lesser known facts and somewhat hidden information both about the plot and the behind the scenes making of the films. In this video we’ll cover some of the most insane facts about the SAW franchise. #horror #saw
Saw 1 had a budget of 1,2 million, and earned a total profit of 103 million. They earned back literallly just short of 86 TIMES their budget, that is insane...
I love the Saw franchise & seeing the BTS stuff & how they quite literally made the traps & put people in them to inspire real fear in the actors is incredible!
Honestly, I'd like to see you review some fan-made SAW short films and gather your thoughts on them, especially one called SAW: Rehabilitation, my personal favourite.
#8 After the first Saw movie back in 2005, there was a forum where the cast and crew were members and chatted with fans. One time there was a sort of AMA with Leigh and I asked him what his inspiration for the Jigsaw killer was: He said it was because of a health scare. I remember him writing about being in the waiting room for the Dr. while people around him were sicker and he said he started to feel guilty. I think he said his issue ended up being anxiety-related, I wish I had screencapped his response, but he started to work on the concept of a villain who targeted people taking advantage of other people, the system, someone who went after the corrupt.
the needles thing is weird to me because today i have to get syringes and needles on the regular for one of my medications and the syringes are packaged totally separate from the needles.
Amanda only kills 4 people in the movies, but in an adjacent timeline goes to killing infinite people for an eternity in the Entity's Realm in Dead by Daylight 😝😂 (She gets taken right before her death. Plot Armor Strong)
hi idk if u see this but i believe you are shadow banned. I am never getting notifications, or even seeing your videos on my page. I searched you up and saw 4 new videos?!?!? And watch videos relevant to this 24/7?
I think that’s part of the horror? Like yea you’re not going to wake up one day with a reverse bear trap strapped to your head, but the fear of needles and especially tainted needles was and still is an incredibly prevalent fear in people. Not to mention people who went through the AIDS crises that to this day hospitals refuse gay men from donating blood for the fear they have AIDS/HIV. The needle pit is a trap that encapsulates a fear of the generation it filmed to, and has aged pretty well with today’s society as well, with your own example supporting that. Idk, even now I’m creeped out by the needle pit. I think it does its job well
