I just started fucking with Creator mode; i found the alleyway by mc club house in Venice has 3 garages that open (the simeon vagos mission) at the beginning of story mode let's you open them with Franklin; It bugs me because in online they are locked i enjoy that garage it has a couch and other bs in it chilling at the end of the alleyway would be great in online nope only in creator; Also Floyd's Venice 2nd Floor APT is open RS first APT interior before online invented for story mode has a better mf bathroom than any purchasable unit
Trevor garage is the same story it's cool to go chill there sometimes RS devs don't script hook sit commands for anything unless it's current like the rooftop of LS car meet every chair has sit script hook; some vital places are still lacking like Santa Monica Pier I get tired of using a motorcycle to crouch next to everything
0:48 I think the explanation for this one is that there was supposed to be a bridge right there to lead directly to the casino, as evident by the small indentation in the road where you would turn into, but they decided to cut the bridge because it would negate the one further up the road and complicate the area more
The interior at 2:30 is an out of sight spawn point for enemy NPC during certain missions ; The MC biker resupply will take you there to "Calafia Way" that housing spot is a shootout area; guys exit from the little door to battle;
@@v_Falls_v The door in your video gets opened after the Valkyrie setup. The door of the house you’re probably talking about gets opened after you deliver the Insurgents to that location. But anyhow, there were quite a few map facts in this video that I didn’t know about, good vid!

With the money truck fact, you can actually see the gruppe 6 people walking around the casino delivering a briefcase. You can follow the briefcase up till it goes in the elevator in the area where the casino owners office is.

Some demolished IRL architecture monuments still exist in GTAV like the Signal Street Bridge, which was based on Commodore F. Schuyler Bridge, that was demolished in 2016.

1:20 that's a decal and it's causing that issue because the decal is very close to the ground. Which causes "z fighting". Pretty common in 3D modelling world

Every time I’m in the area I always visit the Chris Edwards bench at the cemetery. It’s a peaceful spot with a great view and a wholesome story behind it.
I found the the bridge glitch by the wind farm had been patched some time ago . But if you jump up and just stand on the wall it’s works really well it’s fun .

You answered your own question about the motorcycle casino property clipping ; As the entire thing was updated imagine cutting and pasting a workable version in map place it's not as simple as that but it's what they did; the grass area is the exact edge line of the swap; Definitely an oversight devs weren't testing for difference in vehicle collision;
1:00 there is even a driveway dip on the gutter, makes me think there was plan to add another road/bridge but was cut earlier and never updated (due to how things change in development all the time and things get left behind)
7:16 another fact is that the memorial bench is the only one in the game (with that model) that has no grafittis on it and is completely indestructible, you can throw c4's at the three benches and the side ones will destroy, but the middle one (memorial) will remain intact. Rockstar did a good job with the memorial
4:20 yeah i learnt that the hard way, at first i thought it was just GTA Online being it's glitchy self but when i noticed the different colour and always seeing them leaving the casino I realized that may have been intentional. 6:00 that interior is the one used during the IAA extraction mission in story mode.
2:20 This interior was made for a cutscene in the original heists where a guy exits through the door and you can see things in the background just for a little bit of detail.
at 2:30, a building is shown with an interior that "isn't part of missions" but it is used during the humane labs raid setups as a delivery point for a couple vehicles
Fun fact about the building that says stay frosty, if you go into that little entry way and look in a crack in a door i beleive, you can see a snowman behind a few boxes. this may not be accurate as it is a long time since ive been there but there is a secret snowman there
Fun fact: Near the eclipse tower and Los Santos customs you cand find rare car spawns with allready tunned vehicles that can be saved or are super cars tuned that cant be saved. The cars are: 2 setinel xs ( purple and yellow) 2 dubsta 2 ( variant of the normal dubsta in Chrome gold or Chrome silver ) 2 ruiners tuned with spoilers and drag spoilers 1 dominator tuned with drag spoiler 1 gauntlet 2 comet 2 ( variant of the normal comet) 2 rapid gt s 2 infernus in 2 collors 1 blue surrano This vehicles are rare to have and I wish rockstar will unlock the feature to save expensive npc s cars even if you cant sell them at a high price :(
1:29 Accidentally discovered this one like 3 days ago. I had to go to the kitchen and i parked in the garage and dropped a proxy mine in case someone came for me. When i was trying to blow up the proxy mine, all my sticky bombs just stayed floating in the air.

I do believe that in the story mode there is a brief interaction with Tanisha where she mentions she can't be involved in Franklin's criminal lifestyle, her being law enforcement could be why.
i'm pretty sure the reason trevors garage opens is because when you do a mission for him when you first meet him in online you need to drive a vehicle into his trailer to complete it
Actually with the new DLC Money trucks do spawn in online and you can get a money stash from them... I have found 4 first two I accidentally blew up thinking they were enemies as my missiles locked onto the trucks and the last two I got a money box thing that gave me $$$
The glitch at 2:30 gave me memories of the Forza horizon exp glitch, when the nose of your car glitches under the map. Of course without the death of your driver.. but still pretty similar.
The garage in Trevor's place (2:05) open as in "Series-A Funding - the camp of the Lost" the team goes into it to get guns before taking down the lost and stealing the vans. The house near Sandy shores (2:20) you can walk into is where we take off with the Valkyrie in the "The Humane Labs Raid" finale. No clue why they made it that way though. Money trucks (4:10) are back, as i guess you know by now
I think the interior is from the hiests dlc because on the Pacific standard setup page walks out of it. I think? Correct me if I'm wrong. But I'm guessing they forgot to make the door inaccessible

I think Trevor's garage opens because it opens in his online missions for the final objective to deliver the vehicle. So it opening for that just carried over into free roam for some reason.
2:05 I’m pretty sure Trevor’s opens because he’s still living there while Franklin’s and Michael’s don’t because Franklin is still a kid at this point in time because GTA online happens between Ludendorff and actual story mode and Michael is still off-grid with his not really known identity

Take a drive down to the LS docks. just as your going into it, right next to the overhead red bridge over top of the little garages ...there is a light enclosure floating in the air with no stand/pole 😂 Its been overlooked for years.
Trevor’s garage opens to players because a lot of early contact missions required you to deliver a vehicle inside his garage, so it’s probably just because of that.
6:48 most if not all of the service vehicles have sa exempts on them so I think thats just how rockstar creates the plates for those vehicles. Pretty sure Franklin's Lambo was the same
