20 Mile Run for the Chicago Marathon | Beginner Runner’s Longest Run EVER 

I am 3 weeks away from the Chicago Marathon 2023. This weekend I ran the longest run that I’ve been scared of ever since I got my training plan, the 20-mile run! It was a beast! Now it’s time to taper.
