❤ Best exercises so far I've seen here on RU-vid. Nothing overly realistic, simple and clear as a physiotherapist should work in his instruction. Bravo from Sweden.

Thank you for this. I'm 63 and these exercises I can do. Info: my tummy gets in the way of the elbow to knee ones and I realized I was raising my shoulders every time I did the shoulder exercises. ❤❤ I've only done one set so far but I can do these. Yay! ❤❤
Im not a senior, and I like how simple the moves are. My body aches do calm down after this workout. It is helping me to get my body ready to exercise on a regular basis. Thank you
❤ I slacked on my exercise since I quit my job as an ER nurse. Recent severe family stress caused depression and I became sedentary. Also because I played pro soccer and I’ve recently started to feel bilateral knee pain. Sorry for the long story but this morning I again woke up with pain. I decided to do several of your exercise videos. To my surprise I walked downstairs without pain. And YES I’m going to keep moving and exercising using your videos. Thank you!!❤

I wish I could explain it better, but your workouts are such a far cry from other workout channels. I am a senior and am loving your channel. Your workouts are so clearly presented, safe for everyone, easy to follow and most importantly, I feel it working. There is a special energizing atmosphere about you that motivates one to keep going. Yours are the first workouts that I do not find myself looking at the clock every three seconds to see if it's almost over yet. I don't know what your magic is but please keep it up. Thank you for working out with me! Challenge is good! As the workouts become more easy look for small ways to gradually increase intensity. If you're using support to build strength, work to make it your goal to stand or hold on the the chair, then eventually stand on your own. Being patient with ourselves is key, results will come with consistency.

I have prostate cancer that metastasized to my bones and I began today to do this exercise. I need to do something to be moving these look like easy enough to do where it won’t hurt my cancer in my spine thank you

Stimulate the appendages with blood flow. This is what it is -it’s a non-cardio workout -unless you can Jack your heart rate up to 140-150 and with these exercises, I don’t think it’s possible. However, I do these exercises daily and they promote blood flow. I have severe back and one sided leg pain down to my foot. I can hardly walk that far but compared to a month ago, I am improving and can walk a little further each day and my pain is better. Blood flow and stretching -these chair exercises are great! Thanks
Thank you !! I have trying to find a video for recovery . Broke my ankle both sides than have plates and screws. Did all the therapy but still need more to help with the muscles all over. So again thank you and I'm late 50s

I'm going to try this for a couple (maybe) this weeks. My problem is consistency. I'm 74-years old. I still walk regularly, but I've had a couple of bouts with sciatica in the past, and it is so painful that I tend to excercise for a day, or two, then I stop. I have osteopena and scarcopena. I also practice intermittent fasting. I feel great. But I just need to build my bones and muscles. But I need to do it in a way so I can be consistent. I like your video. It seems to be doable for me. Thank you do much. 👏👏
