That was great but a bit too quick for me, I had to pause for each exercise to do them a bit longer to feel stretched

Dear Hannah, you always manage to inspire me. I liked the sequence of exercises very much and I didn't even know some of them. It's great that you provide so much variety. Thanks for that. Exercises are good but way too fast. Need to stop the video to get the most out if each one.
