This trainer gives really great instructions and I love the pace of this. Going slower is the best way for me to avoid bad form and really get the most out of the workout. Thank you Sanne, I loved this!
These are exercises I LOVE!!!! Slow and consciously performed - stretching, strengthening, defining. Great!! Thank you so much!!! :-) Please could you maybe do a sequence of exercises in an apartment with the help of furniture? My "weak" areas are the lower back, my arms and chest area. It gets uncomfortable quickly as soon as I try too hard...
I love how low-impact this is. I'm 7 months pregnant, but this is totally doable without getting me out of breath (my lungs don't have much space at the moment...) Love this!
Absolutely loved this, I already started doing it today!❤ but I have a question, if I do this every day, combined with your leg routine and ab workout, will I get any visible results? Or are those workouts too light to be considered effective regarding toning the body and weight loss? Great workout! Something different from what I've tried before, but I feel really more healthy and more fit after it. Perfect for office workers, who stay in front of the computer screen for hours. Thank you! I'll do it again and again))
Hi, this is my first comment. I do do love this exercise. It gives me a deep stretch and sweat from the core of my body, I hope you will keep the job with him. I am lucky to have such instruction at home. I will try to continue for 1 month and will see the results.

Sanne love your vids am just wondering/worried sometimes because you seem extremely thin. When I was that thin and modelling I didnt have periods for 14years. Hope you are well and wishing you a wonderful 2020!

Just completed this workout right before my meeting for work. Thank you I felt guilty skipping the gym today but was able to complete this quickly while working from home today! Happy New Year Sanne!
