INSTRUCTIONS: Put phone in DND, hold your focus on the sights and/or sounds of the water. When you realize you've lost focus, gently return to focusing on the water...repeat for duration of video.
Eyes can be open or closed. Commit to practicing daily for 3 weeks. It will feel foolish and impossible the first 7 days.
