I have done this one before in the full chakra challenge. It is so awesome. I apologize for not joining uplifted yet. We had some unexpected expenses after our vacation so I have to put it off. I am so grateful to you that you have these wonderful free online classes. I really can't express my gratitude enough but I will eventually join. So much love to you - Namaste!
Brett, It is with sincere gratitude that I thank you for all of your yoga challenges that you've been sharing with us. Unfortunately I can't do this challenge at the moment as I've recently had surgery, but I've been watching the videos every day as if I'm there with you in spirit! :) This elemental challenge looks absolutely amazing and I am eagerly looking forward to the day that I can physically do it! Namaste
How can anyone dislike this...? Great sequence. I'm in awe with you Brett. You inspire me to maintain a daily practice and I feel I am so different already. Thanks for sharing your gift to the world. So much love from Switzerland ❤ Namaste
I absolutely love this sequence!! As a jeweler, I spend long hours sitting and creating in the studio. To start the day with this stretch specially the hip opener is amazing! Gracias!!! 🙌💎✨
Wow! Never tried a twist like that in pigeon before...opened up a whole new world of stretching! Your unique touches to your flows is so appreciated, helps inspire me to try new things on and off the mat :)
Beautiful routine, one or two poses challenged me, but the rest released quite a bit of tension. It highlighted a pain I have in my upper right shoulder blade which I always suffer with. This brings me to realising how out of alignment my body is! Amazing and thank you !
The finger tapping at the beginning reminded me a lot of Emotional Freedom Technique. As to the rest, I had trouble keeping my balance at several points, and in one exercise my calf almost locked up. Thank you Brett. Namaste.
This sequence was so refreshing, even if I did it a bit later in the morning, because I didn't have the time to stretch right after I woke up today. Thank you.
Loved this morning sequence. The twists were great and especially needed quad stretch. Was so good nearly fell back to sleep relaxing in Savasana. Ty as always. Namaste
I have to share this. I just read your bio and saw that you studied at Jose Mateo’s and Jeannette Neill’s. I taught Level 3 Modern Jazz at Jeannette’s for years and danced with Impulse Dance co And Peter DiMuro Performance Associates. No wonder I like your style!! Small world!
Perfect challenge for me to start the new year. I will readopt practicing every morning for it helps me struggling better with chronic pain. Love your videos, you are simply the best! Lots of love from Germany
Finally made time on Day 4 for Day 3. :-D Catching up on days 1 & 2 over the weekend! I've been doing your 10 min beg. morning yoga for awhile. Love it, thank you!
Thank for this mornings routine. I am obsessed with chakra healing and energetics, I already love that you are kundalini bases! You will deffo be seeing me on one of your YTT courses xxx
Morning, here from South Africa. Did this after a run so was a bit challenging but like all of your videos absolutely amazing. Was a great stretch post run. Thank you so much
WOW I am totally numb and relaxed all over after this awesome day 3! Very challenging as well. Can not wait for tomorrow! Much Love to you Brett - Namaste!
Thank you so much for these! Cant wait for tomorrow's video. I only got into Yoga when I started watching your videos. Maybe one day I'll buy your journal. You have inspired me to change my lifestyle. Love from South Africa ❤️
Perfect timing, felt great with these hip streches and twists...savasana always feels the best after a well sequenced practice, and this was one of those :) Thanks Brett!
I love your channel and videos! I don't know how late I am but I will start with day one. Could I please share this with subscribers? Love from Finland.❤
Dear Brett, I appreciate your videos. I don’t have time to go to yoga studio and be able to do yoga at home and on my time is just great. I noticed more flexibility , after doing it for about a month and suggest to people I know , to practice yoga . Thank you !
I practice withyou everyday now. After 1 year of pain in a knee I solved the prpblem withyour hep in a month. I an so proud of both ofus because my Dct wanted me to see a physio ...and it was expensive without good insurance...So thank you to offer a safe space ...I heart myself doing a self made training...
Sems like I am the only one having a different understanding of a stretching practice 😂. As I already did yesterdays practice beforehand (I am one day behind) I skipped the beginning and focused on the hamstring, hip and quad stretches in the end🙏🙋♀️
I realize how stiff I am, I can't even do the pigeon right, I have to lay down on my side and my "split" at Min. 10 has a 90 degree angle :D Still glad that I found this channel. It's really calming me down and I'm thankful that I'm doing this now :)
Thank you for the wonderful classes Brett! Just a little clarification, it is pronounced Gy-a-na mudra or Gy-an mudra (soft 'g' as in the word 'game') even though there's an 'n' in the word gnana (or jnana), meaning knowledge. The Indians pronounce it gyana (or nyana) respectively.. Much love xx
