I’ve got a question for you. I keep seeing videos of people paper tuning their arrows and watching them shoot at a downward angle. This doesn’t make sense to me. My thought is shooting at a downward angle would be the equivalent of adding torque to the grip or shooting at the target sideways. I fill like shooting downward would give you a fails nock high tear. This is just a thought and might be worth making a video about. Thanks and keep up the good work.
I've had the same thought, and I've shot at steep angles through paper and haven't really noticed much a of difference. I do try to keep the shot as level as possible of course.
What probably caused his change in tune was adding the quiver. He had the quiver on in the intro, then took it off to tune. The quiver weight WILL change how the bow reacts and will likely affect tune. Tune with quiver on.
Paper tuning at such close range is o.k.for getting started but if u really want to get your rig shooting properly you should be bare shaft tuning at 20 yards,it will reveal not only bow tuning issues but the human factor.
I’m more interested in when to use the deadlock tuning? Is it when you don’t want to bring the bow off center shot but need some minor adjustments? Just a little nervous to mess with it is all. Also Ive bare shaft tuned and my broad heads hit perfect. I threw my lighted knock on and I hit consistently high. Is that due to the increased weight in the rear driving the point high? Because my field points hit dead on with a lighted knock just not my broad heads. Sorry for the long reply. Thanks for any help!!
I bought a used revolt x. I think I the previous owner moved one cam but not the other, or at least didn’t move them the same amount. Should I just move them both one direction until they bottom out and them move them both towards the middle again counting the number of turns for each to keep them even?
@@garrettweaver6605 yeah. Bow tech had to put new axles in the cam locks to get them to manufacture specs. I don’t know how it got out of the factory the first time.
If you all have not seen a documentary called..... It's worse than you think... By revelations of Jesus Christ ministries.... I suggest you do.... All praise and glory to the most high Jesus Christ
