I’m 5 weeks and very overweight and I’m scared I’m going to gain even more weight. So I’m trying to eat a little more healthier than I usually do and follow some exercise moves. These are super easy and good paste for me. Thank you so much!

Hi Ms.Amy , It’s my 2nd pregnancy 🤰 and I’m on my first trimester, I started watching and doing this workout when I’m 4 weeks pregnant and I’m now on my 14 weeks, I really loved it, it makes me feel good everyday after doing this workout. Thankyou 😘😘😘 I loved and enjoyed doing this workout
I’ve never watched a workout video that I really liked but I loved this. I was going to heated yoga classes several times a week before finding out I was pregnant. Since then I have been struggling to find a workout that really satisfied my need to be active without being too high intensity and you’re video was that perfect balance. So glad I found your page!

I thought I was doing just a boring grandma exercise, and then this morning I woke up with muscle pain, I think If I stick to this every day, it will be more than enough
I just finished doing the exercises. I am not pregnant, but I suspect that I am pregnant. Week ago, I was doing high-intensity exercises, and I catch my breath. Now my period is late, and during this simple exercise, I can't catch my breathing and my muscles began to hurt. I changed a lot.

I've been following your workouts since before becoming pregnant and now being almost 7 weeks, nauseous and exhausted 24/7 I find your videos are the best to follow for pregnancy workouts. I super love the moves! I exercise regularly pre-pregnancy, but I'm a bit worried to do workout when I'm expecting, I'm just at 4 weeks pregnant now..but when I see this video, I think it's doable and not harmful at all! Definitely gonna do this!
I feel like it's super hard to know who to trust when there's so much contradiction. What I read was no jerking movements like jumping, and it's better not to have workouts that make you twist..
This is my 3rd baby I'm currently 5 week's pregnant I had worked out HIIT n brisk walk's & Zumba 30 to 1 hour workouts 3-4 time's a week, that whole time several week's ago I didn't know I was pregnant but last week I was feeling different and was late on my period I didn't work out for a whole week almost bcuz felt bloated n tired n sure enough I'm pregnant, n I didn't know if it was safe to workout but so glad I found your video 🙏

I'm currently 15 weeks and i do this workout every second day :) I really feel like it's straightening my body and helps me keep the healthy weight! This weekend i'm planning to buy some weights and do some others of yours workouts. Thank you for sharing this!

I love that the music is instrumental. Sometimes I feel like lyrics to songs found in a lot of workout videos can end up being more distracting (and sometimes downright inappropriate). Love the music 👌 Thank you so much!
thank you sooo much !! Im in my first trimester of my first pregnancy and wanted to kick away my sedentary habbit and your workout really helped me push through. I got all the way through the exercises and got to sweat those toxines out with the huge plus of NOT BEING NAUSEOUS (yaaayyyyeee!!) Thanks again ! Will be doing this everyday along with my walking :D

Hello! I have a question: can I do the easy variation of each exercise if I have not practiced sports regularly before? I just tried it and it worked quite well! I am 12 weeks now.. Ps thanks for uploading the video!! And congrats on the baby! :3
As a previously barely fit woman, since getting pregnant I haven’t done anything I’ve been feeling so exhausted! Finally starting to feel a bit better (7weeks) and want to get back to my usual self, I loved this workout will do this several times a week I’m sure! Thanks

I'm going to ask my doc on Friday if this is okay for me! I have a high BMI so I should only gain about 15lbs, and paired with a better diet I think this will definitely help. Congratulations on baby 2!
I'm 8 weeks pregnant and this was so refreshing to start light exercises but enough to get the heart rate up! Wasn't overwhelming it was very encouraging to do more exercise! Loved it
Love your videos!! Im in my first pregnancy and only 9 weeks today. I hadn't got enough energy to do the advanced but I havent worked out much for a month so got to try and get back into it.
