I don't know about others but for me I really like it when the next exercise is on the screen for the majority of the rest period. I usually study how the move is being done to make sure that I'm going to get it right when it's my turn. Especially when there are no verbal cues I rely on your example to make sure my form is optimal. Just a recommendation. Your video quality is excellent!

Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.
i'm finally getting back into shape after a year of some serious trauma and depression. i feel so far from where i used to be it can get discouraging to even try, but something about your workouts is comforting for me and helps me not judge myself. i'm getting stronger everyday, and no longer drinking or binge eating. thank you guys for these videos and creating an environment i can learn to trust myself again in.
You are amazing! I just turned 50. I have always been active, in shape, and able to do many types of workouts from barre to lightweights to jogging and cycling. The last few months the body has tried to take over the brain and I was losing all motivation😩. Your workouts are exactly what I needed and are starting to make a difference mentally and physically! This workout was awesome! I was looking for a shorter workout to get my day going and this was perfect. Challenging enough that I worked up a good sweat and was struggling a bit but not so challenging that I ran out of breath or had to pause for a longer rest. I love how it incorporates your ENTIRE body and that they are NO repeat exercises so you don't get bored (and I get bored easily)! Time passed quickly.
Yes! So glad I obeyed the recommendation to use light weights. Felt light and easy at the beginning but by the end I was feeling the burn. Stick with it everyone.

This was tough but I’m glad I did it. I’ve been training with y’all for a couple months and I feel so much stronger. But I’m still learning and have a LONG ways to go. The hardest one was the reverse fly. I did not like that whatsoever. But the deadlifts and tricep kickbacks were my favorite. This is helping a lot! Thank you guys so much, y’all are great!

Your workouts are the best with detailed explanations, modifications, and upbeat encouragement. I wish I lived in LA to take advantage of your training personally. I am 64, 5' 10" and 190 lbs and on cholesterol meds. All is well except LDL. Doc says won't go anywhere until I get regular exercise. My 'ideal' weight is 175 - 180. I have searched several books, websites and then discovered you guys. PERFECT!!! I have been at it for two weeks and feel great! I will stick with this one for 2 more weeks and then I look forward to the 20 minute Full Body Dumbbell Workout which is next. All I can say is THANKS!
So grateful for your 20 min full body work outs! I am fit, active, and I work out 6 days a week, but I prefer not to spend 30+ for a work out, since I want to fit in quick yoga session and meditation as well. These 20 min videos go perfect with my routine! Thank you so much Juice & Toya❣️

So glad I found this channel, you guys are awesome! The hardest exercise in this workout was at the 12:00 mark with the Single Leg Deadlift + Reverse Fly. It's hard enough trying to maintain my balance but to add a reverse fly to it? Crazy. Also, I'll admit that I "cheated" by taking 1 minute breaks instead of 20 seconds because those 20 seconds felt like 5. But I'm just telling myself that it's more important to get through the whole thing. I just subscribed and I'm looking forward to more dumbbell exercises I can do at home. If I can make a little suggestion, that would be to stretch with us at the end of the workout? Would love to stretch with you guys immediately after the workout instead of having to find it on another video. I know, it's just me nitpicking but I wanted to say it anyway. Thanks again!
First-off, we're happy you enjoyed the workout! Second, the RDL with the fly is a pretty advanced move 😅BUT if thats way too difficult, we recommend extending back and tapping your toe to the ground instead of elevating it to help with balance. As far as the rest period, we purposely did that so everyone could work up to being able to keep up with our pace---keep working at it and build up your endurance and you'll get there in no time! In the meantime, continue to go at a pace that works for you! Lastly, that is an awesome recommendation to add stretching as a post-workout cool down. We will for sure consider that in future videos. You guys are back! I literally only have dumbbells so this is perfect. I'm all about home workouts now so thank you for this. Though I'm not sure feeling good is going to be enough to get me to go for another round. I'll take my well-earned endorphins and call 20 minutes a wrap.
I am 65 and enjoyed this workout. It is not too fast and just the right pace. Always looking for short workouts to do different times of the day and this works out beautifully. Thanks guys!
This was great. I've made a commitment to myself to do two twenty minute strength training workouts a week. Any longer isn't sustainable for me (I have a baby lol). This was just what I needed. Thanks for the great video!

After battling depression and injuries, this was the perfect workout for me. I made 1 or 2 modifications and it's just what I needed to get back on the path of working out.
I like your workouts. It really works areas that it's supposed too. With the weights I kinda like to hear the instructors' guidance so I don't hurt myself because of bending badly or holding the weight incorrectly - that kinda thing. Was wondering if you can't do a voice over, so that while you are doing the exercise we hear one of your voices guiding us through the process. But will definitely be doing this one. Your 20 minute upper body is now one of my "go-to"

I loved this workout so much! The compound movements were great for my arms (which I have been trying to target), and I found this really challenging because some of the moves also felt like doing cardio. Can’t wait to get stronger with these moves!
