Most workout videos, the person is smiling and happy, and pretends like it's so easy. You actually admit it's hard. Very refreshing! Love his workout. Thanks for posting!
I use to do the workout whilst I was overweight and it excruciating and now that I have lost the weight it stills hard but as I hard it was! Loved the session!
Hey Joe! I did not have the time or energy for a long, high impact workout this morning so thought I’d give this a go and I’m so glad I did! Worked up a sweet and it felt hard. Tip. Don't buy a fitbit charge 4 for heart rate monitoring. Mine didn't go above 90bpm throughout the workout. 2 minutes after finishing it went to 140.
15kg again. Twice round, so able to swap in some rear and lat delts, biceps and push press into 2bd round. Did calf raises instead of sprint first time round.
Yep 15kg again. Stuck to the script 100%. However, a couple of minutes after the end I did a pushpress. Managed 20 @15kg X2. This whole workout has me breathing hard throughout. Just enough chance to recover, although I needed mindfulness during the last 3 exercises. 🥵🥵🥵🥵💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
