Welcome to a workout dedicated to helping you enjoy your fitness! Today we are working for 45 seconds per exercise and we will complete 2 rounds of 2 exercises before taking a rest.
The objective is to stay moving, not to be perfect! I mess up in this workout, and it's perfectly fine if you do too. There is no requirement to do any high impact option but if you want to step it up, go for it! All the up next windows will show you low impact options so we can get started with the movement and then step it up when you can!

4 punches and squat hop over
Lateral Slides with squat stop
Heisman side to side
Mountain Climbers
Skater hops
Sky Punch cross punch x 4 and switch
Criss Cross Jacks with sky punch

Loved that 20 minute burst !! I love the longer cardio but sometimes showing up for 20 mins and working super hard feels like a longer workout - it’s not how long you workout but the effort you put in!! And today I am one sweaty mama with some spare time to do some abs and get myself ready whilst baby naps… that’s an absolute win!!! Thank you Sydney!!! Xx

20 minutes on a Saturday is perfect! Loved it! Would prefer this always on a Saturday or a 30 minute only ever on Saturday. Never any longer.

Not to be fooled by "just a 20 minute workout!" This was constant movement. Yes, there is lots of research on short bouts of intense movement that raises the heart rate. The challenge is to go full out in this kind of session to really maximize that. Loved this for a quick Saturday, in and out, workout. I tend to get lots of other movement in on the weekend, so this was a great starter. Thank you for taking the risk to try something different for us!!

Ill be honest, I was a little disappointed to see a 20min work out. But today has become unbelievably busy, so 20mins was beyond perfect! This was fun!

Agree when I start doing her over a year now never did 50 or 60 minutes workout with her except one workout was 50 minutes other then that always 30, 40, 45 minutes
