Hello Everybody!
Its been weeks of ECQ and we have to stay at home. Part of my daily routine is to do a work out for at least 30mins a day or max for 2 hours! Been watching workout videos on RU-vid so I combined these work out routines that I usually do everyday.
I love to do CORE WORKOUT AND TOTAL BODY! The result is legit if you put hard work and effort to what you want your body will be in the next few days. Keep going and always remember strong mind is strong body. #wagkangbumitaw
