Hey loves, this is Juliana. As requested, I'm finally dropping my workout routine!!! I started seeing changes on my belly after doing the workout for 1-2 weeks, without changing much of my food choices. (I did STOP binge-eating tho!! My original diet varies a lot, ranging from varieties of junk food to fruits, the hardest thing that I found was controlling the amount of my food intake. I was really bloated from non-stop eating, as you can see on the left).
After a week of pushing myself daily tho, my urge of eating (excessively) reduced SO MUCH every time after working out somehow (it's probably sth psychological, my mind is telling me not to let all those effort go wasted haha), I am NOW trying to adopt a healthier lifestyle and diet, might as well show u guys the result soon!!
I also became much more active daily because working out has made me more energetic xd

Doing this for 14 days!! 🚩Starting waist - 30 🚩Goal waist - 28/27 ✅Day 1 - Complete✨ I did this exercise before but gave up the next day LOLL but this time I did a quick warm up unlike before. I also wasnt rushing myself and I paused the video when I couldnt handle it anymore. ✅Day 2 - Complete✨ My abs burned more than it did yesterday and I was sweating so so much. It got a bit easier and i managed to finish much faster than yesterday. ✅Day 3 - Complete✨ I managed to finish even faster than yesterday!! 🙌🙌 I ate a little bit more of my calorie goal but its okkk. I already notice a little bit of difference but not much, but still im so happy im making progress! :D (Ps: I measured after editing this comment and now im at 29 inches omgg😭😭) ✅Day 4 - Complete✨Did this workout a little late than usual, plus I was tired the whole day but I pushed myself since even just 1 day can make a difference :) I had to stop for a week due to my period but i will continue to do this for 10 days straight now! ✅Day 5 - Complete✨I was struggling sm 😭😭 but i managed to push through. Im so happy i can continue doing this now! ✅Day 6 - Complete✨The spiderman plank was hard for me today, dunno why. Im already starting to see changes again but the last two days i have been eating 200 calories less than my calorie goal ✅Day 7 - Complete✨It was extremely hard today i have no idea why😭 I was about to give up in the middle of the work put but motivated myself to continue. ✅Day 8 - Complete✨I took less breaks than i normally do today so im pretty proud of myself! ✅Day 9 - Complete✨ ✅Day 10 - Complete✨ ✅Day 11 - Complete✨ ✅Day 12 - Complete✨ Now at 28 inches! ⭕Day 13 - ⭕Day 14 - Ive seen the comments of other people and it wouldnt hurt to try to get my dream body before school starts again😅😅 goodluck guys! c:

@@erukkidesu just because you want to lose weight or tone your body doesn't mean you need to give up the food you love!! All you need to do is eat moderately and if you WANT, then you can slowly, slowly, s l o w l y quit junk food. Don't try and quit it all at once or you will just end up messing ur diet up again and going back to how you were. (I speak from experience) Also, if you want you can replace some of your favourite snacks with healthy versions of snacks that are still DELICIOUS! there are loads of amazing healthy recipes on RU-vid and TikTok for you to try. DONT GIVE UP GURL U CAN DO DIS

@@ailnlin5450 that's actually a great routine :) Sleep early and work out early in the morning really helps you feel more energetic and healthy! At least that's what my mom says (she's been working out for years).

HEYYY i'm late but here are my updates. Weight: 42.5 kg Height: 5'2 Age:15 Day 1 💗 I DID IT! But I did it with an empty stomach, like in the morning without breakfast, soo I didn't have desired energy, so by last few seconds of some exercises I was too tired (side planks, Russian twists) but I don't feel any pain or strain of the sorts, it was okayy💗 Day 2 💗 DID IT!! I also did Chloe ting's Ab workout after but the body pain from yesterday is too much... but I feel proud💗 Day 3 ❌Skipped 🤭im sorry yall !! my sibling's came back and I was too lazy❌ Day 4 💗DID IT!! I also did a belly fat workout of Chloe and Chloe's Ab workout. It hurts but feels good💗 Day 5 💗DID IT!! Today I only did this workout and went for a morning walk as well and god I haven't felt this productive in ages!! Highly recommend! 💗 Day 6 ❌Skipped❌ Sorry Yall didn't have any time lots to study Day 7 💗I did it!!! I couldn't update cuz i forgot but like I did it!!! along with two other workouts its its going really well except you know the lower-belly fat like the uterus flap is still very present 🥲💗 Day 8 💗DONE!! I also went swimming!! sooo i can really feel the burn! Day 9 Day 10 💗Im gonna do it for 10 days then give an overall update! please remind me!💗7

@@Asparagusdakiller of course I don't mind I'm glad to help 🌷 So basically for toned body/waist do full body workouts, could be ones who have rather high views and check its comments if it actually works on your body or not,don't just waste your time! For the thighs you should do some workouts which have mix of 🍑/legs workouts and it also helps a lot, personally try the ones who is not tht harsh and is rather not exhausting!! Also except the workouts try eating less sweet/fatty stuff, you're welcome 🌷💗

Hello everyone I started this workout on 15th April and now I have finished all 15 days and I want to give an honest opinion. I am 162cm/5'3" and 50 kgs. I have a lean appearance so this workout definitely showed results from the first day for me but it may not for all depending on your body fat percentage despite that I had some stomach fat that I wanted to get leaner so I started this workout. From the beginning it was really difficult tbh even on the 15th day I still hate this but still love it 😭. The first few days I was definitely sore and I had some pain in my stomach while getting up, then after around 4-5 days I didn't get the pain. I saw results from the first day and they definitely look really defined for the first time. I want to note that I did this everyday only once and I definitely took breaks in between the side planks and the planks around 1-2 minutes and sometimes 5 second breaks too because it was too much for me and I was out of breath. I'm not an athletic person and this was my first time working out like this. I did not get very noticeable results and I even got my period in the end but I noticed that my bloating was almost gone and I didn't have much cramps also. While this didn't give me very defined abs, it definitely made me feel much stronger. I had defined forearm muscles and I could run faster and not get tired so this is definitely a must try if you want to feel stronger and be more athletic. Overall if you have a body type like me you can expect to see definition in the upper stomach area and some line abs however they aren't as noticeable as hers ofc. Please make sure to increase your protein intake and drinks lots of water while doing this workout as it definitely burns a lot of fat and makes you more hungry. It is okay to take breaks if you are really tired and not feeling like working out I did too and I still got similar results. Lastly please take care of your mental health and let's all get healthy and be happy guys

I’m starting this exercise at 15 years old, weight 112, height 5’1. Goal is to continue until I start high school because sitting in front of a computer staring at chemistry and world history isn’t good for my body and physical form Day 1: Skipped number 9, multiple ten second pauses in between (I have no athletic or physical endurance okay I study like 40 hours a day). Zero stamina, my abdominals hurt so much. Pause interval 3 to 4 secs in the middle of every exercise, after number 8 a two minute pause trying to stay alive. Day 2: Didn't skip any, paused two or three seconds between each exercise, made it to the end. Not excessively sore but a but unsustainable at places. Day 3: completed exercise, less breaks in between. Completed most with less strain than the first day, I consider that a win. Day 4: Did not complete due to injury, will return tomorrow. Day 5: Day 6: Day 7: Day 8: Day 9: Day 10: Day 11: Day 12: I’ll add the days as I continue

documenting my journey!! day 1 : did it.. literally died but I did it! day 2 : did it, and I HATE side planks.. day 3: did it twice with my cousin, and I still hate side planks... day 4: did it with my cousin again, side planks are getting easier but I find the plank side to side hard.. day 5: did it, i find side planks way easier! still struggle w the side to side plank thing.. day 6: somewhat did it, had period cramps but i tried to do my best! day 7: I did it, but I think the day I had off made me get rusty.. i ate a bit more snacks than I was supposed to but its fine! day 8: did it! i was way more tired than the first 5 days though.. i see improvements in my waist and don’t bloat when i eat! (i do just barely noticeable) day 9: I did it! I'm getting used to it again, I don't like how my body looks but it might just be my bloating from my period lol day 10: I did it, for some reason I was extra tired though.. day 11: i didn’t do it since i was super tired.. but i walked a lot today! tomorrow i promise ill do it and tysm for everyone who’s been supporting me with this! i’m gonna keep doing this for a month instead of two weeks now! day 12: I did it, finally getting more motivated to do it now! I really struggle with the plank hip dips and the plank at the end, have a bit of a hard time with spider-man plank as well. day 13: I didn’t do it since i slept for like the whole day.. i promise im gonna do it more often!! day 14: I did it, Ive been eating more snacks than usual so I'm gonna try and stop that and eat healthier and at the right times! day 15: day 16: day 17: day 18: day 19: day 20: day 21: day 22: day 23: day 24: day 25: Hi guys!! srry I realized I never changed my comment but basically I was gonna say that I switched to a different workout! But despite that, when I was still doing this workout I felt like it was a lot of work but I did see improvements, stick to it!!

remind me guys, doing this for 3 weeks >< current waist line: 25 🙆🏻‍♀️🙆🏻‍♀️ day 1: ✔️ (i think im going to die) day 2: ✔️ (i forgot to update yesterday but i did it 🙌🏻 its still hard for me) day 3: ✔️ (today feels like its easy but hard at the same time, idk lol i did a lot of break btw ☝🏻😀) day 4: ✔️ (on my fourth day today AHHH i tried to do it for 45 second straight and it was more harder than i thought but still manage to do it, update my stomach is not so bloated like before and im also doing another workout for bloated stomach. ill keep updating you guys 💕) day 5: ✔️ (guys im seeing a little changes and im so happy)

"I'm not sure of my waist size, but i'll update on whether or not it got noticeably smaller once I finish my week. Im doing this with Shirlyn Kim's full body kpop body workout!! edit! now doing this for a month since i took a couple of days off that may or may not have hindered my results LMAOOO starting: waist (unknown), weight 40 kg 1st day: done, was super painful, but we did it!! 2nd day: done, a lot easier compared to the 1st day. I went on an hour walk before doing this exercise. 3rd day: Finished!! This was surprisingly harder than it was on the 2nd day, but it may or may not be because I started my period today LMAO. I also went on an hour walk before doing this exercise. Day 4: completely forgot to do ANY of my exercises (other than walking in the morning), woops!!! I watched Shang chi though, it was so good day 5: finished workout!!! Almost there, 5 more days until I post my results! day 6: finished finished finished!!! i studied for my first spanish test today! slowly but surely seeing results! day 7: looked at my day 1 photo, looked in the mirror, and SHIT does this workout work LMAOOOO, still doing it until the 14th day!! Day 8: finished Day 9 : forgot !! Sorry! Day 10: finished!!!!! seeing amazing results! day 11: finished!! treated myself a little bit

while i was doing this in my room, my dad barged in my room and i was doing the last exercise the time he got in and immediately ridiculed me for exercising :)) and still have the guts to ridicule me too for being chubby. Saying i wouldn't last for 10 seconds.. but guess what dad? i finished 15 exercises while you judged me.

Whoever need to hear this: 1. This work out is really hard if you are not used to do exercise. 2. Do this exercise because you love your body and you want to take care of it. If you want to the work out because you hate your body don't do it. If you want anyways, be careful with the physiological consequences. 3.. If you are planning to do it, do some warm up and stretching before and after. (this work out could cause a big impact on the lumbar area). 4. You should take 1 day of rest between the routines. Your muscles need to rest. 5. MOST IMPORTANT: don't try too hard and don't get obsessed! Every body is different and it will take longer or shorter to see changes. 6. If you consider that you are getting obsessed with exercise or with losing weight, you should talk with someone about it, you may be developing an eating disorder.

@@keasiamorton9409 but the thing is working out shouldn't be to just lose weight it's a terrible and dangerous mindset. working out should be enjoyable and to keep your body healthy and active. you hating your body could lead to you over working yourself and under eating. it'll ruin your body internally. you will become obsessed with losing weight which will lead to an eating disorder. the steps that she gave were important to a healthy weight loss journey.

@@jesusislord918 honestly i think it’s because of genetics and from how much carbs i eat lmao😭 i do leg exercises every now and then but i’m really not that active so idk why or how they keep growing so much. i can send you the link of the leg exercises i’ve been doing recently if you want but just keep in mind that you might gain muscle or maybe even lose fat, everyone’s body doesn’t react the same yk. if you don’t mind your thighs getting bigger because of muscle definition or whatever it’s called then i think eating more carbs, protein and not skipping leg day could help, but don’t quote me on that or anything lmao i’m still just a young, growing person😭 hope i helped though

big shoutout to this vid for making my 2024 so different. i started doing this exercises during oct. 2023, and it worked amazing for me being an absolute beginner. i started going to the gym by feb. 2024 and i tell the difference in my body has been notoriously amazing. 😭 i’m still doing the entire set before any exercise at the gym just to warm out my body

Doing this for a month! start: 2 June 2024 end: 2 July 2024 waist: 26cm ( ik it's not the big, but I really want to get a toned waist) x2 a day no diet but still eating healthy day 1: ✅ donee i was so sweaty and it was a little hard for me day 2: ✅much easier but hurts a little bit day 3: ✅ found out i'm doing this w a friend, felt MUCH more motivated. Tips: DONT shy away from giving yourself longer breaks, better to take a 1 minute rest then not give your best effort completing the 45 seconds. You WILL improve and it WILL get easier. YOU GOT THIS!!

doing this everyday for 2 weeks!! day 1 - was so difficult 😭 day 2 - my abdomen hurt like hell, lit was dying needed to take breaks for a couple minutes, but did it! day 3 - it got a little easier! the leg circles and spiderman planks are lit the worstttt day 4 - yesterday felt easier than today! i was dyinggg, and i dont know if its because of my hip dips (literally hate them), but i cant see much improvement yet! staying patient day 5 - barely stopped between exercises today! i have a feeling this is going to work! (the plank hip dips are pretty hard!) we got this guys! day 6 - funsies !! day 7 - so i think my waist has gotten a little smaller, but i still don't see much improvement toward my lower stomach. however i do notice a little tone near my abdomen day 8 - day 9 - day 10 - day 11 - day 12 - day 13 - day 14 -

This actually works!!!! Guys keep going and don't give up and you'll see your results for sure !!! Just make sure to do every exercise slowly because if you do it too fast it's not gonna work and remember to focus on your core and not other muscles and remember to breathe!!! All the best
