Love that I can do this at home, getting my body in shape with zero equipment. Will do one of these between my running days! Can recommend doing this one before a day in your home office 🤓💪🏽

Found your mini band arm workout through pinterest maybe 6 months ago and adored it so much that I went down the RU-vid rabbit hole to your other workouts & haven't been let down yet! I love that it isn't easy for you! I prefer the relatability of someone who's struggling a bit with me (though SIGNIFICANTLY less than me lol)! 🩷

Smashed & loved it! Started with 200 rope skips, then started the 5 first exercises of this, another 200 skips, another 5 ab exercises and so on... All in all, a killer ab workout that's still great and "easy" to follow plus some HIIT too 😎 what dreams are made of 💕 thanks, Zanna!

I get really annoyed when I have to do the same exercise twice during a workout, so this is really great for me! I also felt like I did them so fast, I really enoyed this video, I'll keep doing your exercises!! HIIT trainings are great, but this one, with so many slow exercises where you have to concentrate a lot on your muscles made me feel like I was working them so hard...which is great cuz' I stop feeling the workouts after a period of time and I have to make 'em harder somehow

This was a burner, that bicycle crunch variation and starfish Jack knife were tough but so good. Thanks again for all the work you put into these workouts, you have really whipped me into shape these last few months, between this and your sculpt guide 😁
