Happy 1 Year Anniversary to my 20 minutes sessions :-D Exactly a year ago I decided to give a shot to videos with "just" myself (😁) in order to provide you more content. And your feedback has been BEYOND AMAZING, so thank you very much for pushing me forward and I promise I will keep more videos of multiple kinds coming 🙏
So, enjoy this mix where I managed to burn almost 300 kcal - yayx! Measured with Polar OH1+ as usually :-) Remember, burned calories depend on many factors including current conditions, so numbers might vary here and there :-) Still, this one kicks a** (as usually :-p) 🤣

I use only trampolines from www.jumping-fitness.com and have no long-term experience with any other brand as the original trampolines are the best for this workout :-)
