Thanks for including Vera Miles. She had a very subtle type of beauty and she could be everything from the fresh faced girl next door to sophisticated woman of the world. Can't argue with this list. I am so glad you have included Deborah Kerr. She is so underrated. I agree with others here that Gene and Hedy are not there. I would also consider Lee Remick, Kim Novak and Jean Simmons.
Oh no, Vivien Leigh outclassed Liz Taylor all her short life. She was utterly unique and never took a bad photo. Glad to see Susan Hayward though. She was criminally underrated both the way she looked and as an actress. I would’ve reversed the top two otherwise a good selection. Well done. There were some originals in there too.

Pan Lam, the actresses that you mentioned should be on this list, but the De Havilland sisters, Olivia De Havilland, and Joan Fontaine, were BEAUTIES, and SHOULD be on this list!!!
