Agreed,have visited/worked in so called corrupt countries eg Cambodia/Azerbaijan and found local people to be very honest so its unfair to smear everybody especially as the locals suffer from corruption the most and have no redress.

Corruption is rife in SA from the President down, through every level of officialdom to the door guard at the local municipality office who will not even allow you through the door to sort out a council problem unless you tip at least 20 rand.
