Jotaro is good option plus DIO they both has 3 skins and they are from WB but in japan

2 letters K.O. the series didn't get much love considering cn pulled the plug 2 years after the show started, even refraining from re-runs, but it is a great show. anyone will do, but k.o. is a fantastic choice imo

We already have two Steven universe characters but I feel like spinel would be a great fit with there injuvinator/scythe as a weapon and using there stretching ability would be amazing to be in it, I am also surprised you didn't mention uncle Grandpa, due to his unbelievable power he would be a great fit, spinel would be a range using the stretching powers to attack from afar and Uncle Grandpa would be a support, this is my opinion.
