The last few fight against Hooktusk is basically an action RPG boss battle. You dealt very little damage constantly, but get hit once and your character probably just dead.

Taunting Goldrin is such a mistake so many players make when building the parrot comp. Always nice to see a well deserved punish lmao

Tbh, with that many turns taking so little damage at the end dude should have been trying to make a murloc transition instead of losing so much with the same comp but upgraded. In the time he hit golden macaws, baron, goldrinn and hydra dude could have easily gotten at least 1 brann, 2 megasaurs and a boardful of murlocs, then it's just giving them plants to deal with shields, divine shield and poison, stats don't even matter that much

I tried this strat 3 or 4 times now, it worked out exactly once. Well, and another time I got 3rd, I think. But somehow, I just don't consistently roll Pogos, which is infuriating (and I'm talking like 3 turn sin a row not getting a single one. Not three rolls, three TURNS).

When i play brann i barely get 2 poggos in 10 turns

Had a guy do this to me day one of Brann. He picks Brann and then murlocs are banned, and I'm thinking, so what're you gonna do now, buddy? Pogos. Sad thing is I could have beaten him at first, until he really got the pogo machine going. Knocked him down to 1, and then he just slowly crushed me like an anaconda. Basically what HysteriA did to this guy. (Except I didn't have a taunted Goldrinn.)
